Cover mounting structure of waterproof box

A waterproof structure of an electric junction box is provided, by which a grommet can securely prevent water from entering into a case even when the water has high energy. A flange of a grommet fits into a guide member of the case of the junction box, a cover covers the case, and the flange includes at least two flange parts formed integrally with each other, a height and width of the first flange part situated relatively farther from the case being formed smaller than those of the second flange part situated relatively nearer to the case, respectively. The case is provided with first and second guide walls fitting with the first and second flange parts, respectively. Each top of the first and second flange parts projects higher than the guide member so that both tops adhere to the cover.

Waterproof structure of electric junction box

A clip-attaching structure is provided, which includes: an attachment body; a mating attachment body to which the attachment body is attached; and a clip provided, in accordance with an outer shape of the attachment body, with a baseplate, a first side plate extending from one side of the baseplate and having an engaging portion, and a second side plate extending from the other side of the baseplate, which clip fixing the attachment body to the mating attachment body, wherein an engagement portion to which the engaging portion engages is provided on the mating attachment body, and the attachment body is fixed to the mating attachment body by fixing the clip to the mating attachment body.

Clip-attaching structure

In a connector fixing construction of a connector bracket, there are provided a plurality of kinds of partition walls which can be suitably fixed within the connector bracket. A plurality of first fitting grooves for receiving and holding the various partition walls are formed in an inner peripheral surface of the connector bracket. A first lock projection is provided in the first fitting groove, and a second lock projection for engagement with the first lock projection is formed on each of opposite end surfaces of the partition wall. A connector lock for holding the connector is formed on each of the partition walls at a lower end portion thereof. A plurality of second fitting grooves are formed in each of opposite sides of the partition walls.

Box-shaped electric part-mounting construction

A screw tightening structure for a switch box wherein an embedded nut is provided for the switch box, there is a bilateral bolt providing screw portions for both sides thereof, one side of screw portions of a bilateral bolt is screwed to the embedded nut, a bus bar and a LA terminal of a connecting electric wire are fixed to the other screw portion of the bilateral bolt by tightening of the nut. Since the damaged bilateral bolt can easily be dismounted, even if the bilateral bolt is damaged, the matter thereof is can be settled by only the replace of the bilateral bolt.
