When hot water supply and room heating are requested simultaneously, a hot water supply operation, by which energy saving is achieved without impairing the comfortability in a room, is performed. A heat-pump apparatus of a variable operation capacity type, a primary water circuit, a hot water tank, a room heater, and a controller are provided. The controller sets a hot water supply operation completion target time in the case of a requests for a simultaneous hot water supply and room heating operation, based on a temperature difference between the outdoor air temperature and the indoor temperature, and determines the rotation speed of the compressor in the hot water supply operation completion target time set.

Heat-pump equipment

An object is to enable the dealer or user of an air conditioning apparatus to recognize that the heat dissipation amount of a heat exchange device is less than the heat dissipation amount expected of the air conditioning apparatus. A control device detects a hot water outflow temperature being a temperature of a fluid heated by a heat pump device, and a return temperature being a temperature of the fluid before being heated by the heat pump device, and checks whether or not a temperature difference between the detected hot water outflow temperature and the detected return temperature is smaller than a predetermined first value. If the control device judges that the temperature difference is smaller than the first value, it displays insufficiency of the heat dissipation amount of a heat exchange device, on a display of a remote controller.

Air conditioning apparatus

A water heating apparatus, including: a heat source circuit including a first circulation pump, a heat pump, and a heat source side of a hot water supply tank heat exchanger that are connected to each other by a pipe, the heat source circuit being configured to allow water to circulate therethrough; a hot water supply circuit including a second circulation pump, a use side of the hot water supply tank-use heat exchanger, and a hot water supply tank that are connected to each other by a pipe, the hot water supply circuit being configured to allow water to circulate therethrough; and a control unit configured to perform, when the hot water supply tank temperature falls below the reheating tank temperature, reheating, and control a flow rate of the second circulation pump.

Water heating apparatus

An air conditioning system, a set temperature determining device determines a target temperature of water to be supplied to an indoor heat exchanger, based on ['target outflow temperature'='current outflow temperature'+((&#x201c;inlet and outlet temperature difference&#x201d;/&#x201c;indoor and outdoor temperature difference&#x201d;)&#xd7;&#x201c;set temperature difference&#x201d;)]. The indoor and outdoor temperature difference is a difference between an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature, the inlet and outlet temperature difference is a difference between temperatures of water at the inlet side and the outlet side of an intermediate heat exchanger, and the set temperature difference is a difference between an indoor temperature and a set temperature. A control device controls an outdoor unit in response to the target temperature determined by the set temperature determining device.

Air conditioning system

A controller performs a first control that controls a temperature of water (heat medium) flowing out of a heat source device on the basis of an outside air temperature and a temperature difference between chronologically preceding and following outside air temperatures that are detected by an outdoor temperature sensor. The controller controls the temperature of the subject to be controlled to a target temperature by performing the first control.

Temperature control system and air conditioning system

An auxiliary heater control device can be readily attached to a hot water heating system configured with a simple water circuit without a hot water storage tank, and is capable of preventing freezing of circulating water such that use of an auxiliary heater is minimized. When a sensed temperature tS sensed by a temperature sensor is in a range, a control device increases a rotational speed of a circulation pump. When the sensed temperature tS is in a range, the control device increases the rotational speed of the circulation pump and lowers an operating frequency of a compressor. When the sensed temperature tS is in a range, the control device increases the rotational speed of the circulation pump, lowers the operating frequency of the compressor, and activates an auxiliary heater.

In a state in which an operation screen for operating a frame in a frame page has been displayed, whether a change occurring to a frame in the page different from the currently displayed frame is a change arising from an operation satisfying a condition that is regarded to represent a user's explicit intention to view the different frame or not is judged. If the change is judged by the judgment to be a change arising from an operation satisfying the condition, the display is shifted to a screen showing the page in whole display and notifying the user of the frame to which the change has occurred.
