A battery mounting structure of a frame vehicle, which supports a battery pack by a pair of right and left side frames extending in the vehicle front-rear direction and provided in the frame vehicle, includes: a plurality of lateral members extending in the vehicle width direction and bridging the pair of right and left side frames; a longitudinal member supported by the plurality of lateral members so as to extend in the vehicle front-rear direction at an intermediate position of the side frames; and a support member that supports the battery pack such that a plurality of longitudinal members are provided at intervals in the vehicle front-rear direction and a gap in the vertical direction is generated between the plurality of longitudinal members. The battery pack is connected to the side frame via a rubber bush.

A frame-side pin hole is provided in an inner face which is a vertical face of a front side frame that is a part of a vehicle frame and in contact with a bracket face of an engine mount. An engine mount-side pin hole is provided in the bracket face which is a vertical face of the engine mount and in contact with the front side frame (inner face). Additionally, a displacement suppressing pin is inserted through the frame-side pin hole and the engine mount-side pin hole.

In a exhaust device for an vehicle internal combustion engine, an exhaust pipe () of an engine () branches at a branching point (B) into a downstream-side first branch pipe () and a downstream-side second branch pipe (). A first silencer () is attached to the first branch pipe (), and a second silencer () is attached to the second branch pipe (). The first branch pipe () and the second branch pipe () are different in at least one of bending rigidity and mass so that when the first branch pipe () and the second branch pipe () are vibrated in a specific vibration frequency range, vibrations of the two branch pipes () cancel out each other at the branching point (B).

Exhaust device for vehicle internal combustion engine

An exhaust silencer device for an internal combustion engine which includes: an exhaust pipe () that forms an exhaust passage from an engine (), and an exhaust opening; and a muffler () attached to the exhaust pipe () so as to silence exhaust sound from the engine (). The piping lengths of the exhaust passages (L, L) on two sides of the muffler () are substantially equal. At least one of the two exhaust passages (L, L) equal in piping length has a hole () that makes the resonance frequencies of the two exhaust passages (L, L) different from each other.

Exhaust silencer device for internal combustion engine

A muffling chamber is located between a first main body wall and a second main body wall with respect to a height direction. An outflow pipe includes: a first opening that connects an outflow passage with a muffling chamber in the vicinity of a first main body wall; and a second opening that connects the outflow passage with the muffling chamber in the vicinity of a second main body wall. The liquid staying on the first main body wall of a first muffler flows into the outflow passage through the first opening. The liquid staying on a second main body wall of a second muffler flows into the outflow passage through a second opening. Therefore, the symmetry of the first muffler and the second muffler is compatible with anti-corrosion.
