An object of the present invention is to provide an extruded resin film which thermally shrinks little and a method for producing the same. The present invention provides an extruded resin film, formed by an extrusion forming method, made of a thermoplastic resin, having a thickness of from 0.03 to 0.5 mm, wherein the extruded resin film has a shrinkage ratio in the extrusion direction, S1 (%), which satisfies the following formula (1) and has a shrinkage ratio in the cross-extrusion direction, S2 (%), of from 0 to 5% when being left at rest for 0.5 hours under a hot atmosphere at the temperature of 20&#xb0; C. above heat distortion temperature (Th) of the thermoplastic resin:0.1/1&#x2266;1.7/&#x2003;&#x2003;(1)wherein X is thickness of the extruded resin film (mm).

Extruded resin film and method for producing the same

An acrylic resin film, a laminate film comprising the acrylic resin film and a thermoplastic resin layer placed on one surface of the acrylic resin film, and an injection molded article using the acrylic resin film are provided. The acrylic resin film laminate film have little white turbidity even if being heated in molding and maintains excellent design properties, and the injection molded article having the acrylic resin film on its surface is excellent in design properties such as color depth.

The present invention provides an acrylic resin laminated film comprising a soft layer formed of an acrylic resin incorporated with rubber particles and having a flexural modulus of about 1,300 MPa or less, and a hard layer formed of an acrylic resin having a flexural modulus of about 1,800 MPa or more on at least one side of the soft layer, wherein the hard layer has a thickness of about 0.1 to about 30 &mgr;m and a ratio of the thickness of the hard layer to the overall thickness of the laminated film is about 50% or less. This acrylic resin laminated film has moderate surface hardness and flexibility and hence is capable of providing for a molding with less whitening when subjected to a molding or forming process including bending or stretching.

Acrylic resin laminated film and laminated molding using the same

The present invention provides an acrylic resin laminated film comprising a layer comprising an acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin and acrylic rubber particles and a layer comprising an acrylic resin containing no impact-resistant material, which has excellent flexibility and can maintain transparency even after coloring treatment, and is suitable for uses such as, for example, interior materials of automobiles, exterior materials of domestic electric appliances, construction materials, exterior materials and the like.
