A bonded structure has a first substrate composed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, a first thin film layer formed on the surface of the first substrate, and a resin adhesive layer bonded to the surface of the first thin film layer. The first thin film layer is composed of silicate glass that has a metal element with different valency from Si as a solid solution. The resin adhesive layer includes a resin including a structural site derived from ionic polymerization or a resin capable of dehydration condensation.

A rotor for a rotary electric machine includes a pair of Lundell-type cores, a plurality of magnets, and a magnet retainer. The pair of Lundell-type cores includes a plurality of claw poles with flange portions projecting to a circumferential direction of the rotor from an end portion on an outer diameter side of each of the claw poles. The plurality of magnets are arranged between the pair of Lundell-type cores, and are magnetized in a direction of reducing flux leakage. The magnet retainer retains each of the magnets, and has side surfaces in the circumferential direction. At least one of the side surfaces is provided with at least one projection for restraining movement of the magnet retainer in an axial direction along a rotary shaft.

Rotor for rotary electric machine

An AC alternator for a vehicle has a rotor having a pair of pole cores, and a stator. A plurality of claw magnetic pole parts are formed in the pole cores. A permanent magnet is placed between a pair of the claw magnetic pole parts so as to prevent leakage of magnetic flux through the area between the adjacent claw magnetic pole parts. The stator and the rotor are placed in the AC alternator so that the stator faces the rotor at a spacing of predetermined intervals. Flanges are formed at both sides of each of the claw magnetic pole parts. The presence of the flanges fixes the permanent magnets to the pole cores, and prevents them from moving toward the outer radius direction measured from the rotary shaft of the rotor. In particular, the thickness of each of the flange parts is increased from the front end part to the bottom part thereof.

There is disclosed a method of manufacturing a rotor for a dynamoelectric machine. The rotor includes a rotating shaft, a rotor core fixed on the rotating shaft, and a cooling fan fixed to an axial end face of the rotor core. The method includes the step of fixing the cooling fan to the axial end face of the rotor core by resistance welding. The method is characterized in that in the resistance welding, both a positive electrode and a negative electrode are first brought into contact with the cooling fan to have the cooling fan held between the axial end face of the rotor core and both the positive and negative electrodes, and then weld current is supplied to flow from the positive electrode to the negative electrode.

Method of manufacturing rotor for dynamoelectric machine

A receiving device includes a receiving circuit and an impedance control circuit. The receiving circuit receives a signal transmitted through a communication line. The impedance control circuit is coupled with the receiving circuit and has a detecting part. The detecting part detects a physical value of the signal and the physical value includes at least one of a voltage, an electric current, and an electric power. The impedance control circuit changes an input impedance based on the detected value so that a ringing of the signal is reduced.

A rotor for an electric rotary machine and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed wherein none of permanent magnets is fixed to a magnetic supporting segment of a magnet support ring in advance and each permanent magnet is assembled separately of the magnet support ring. Prior to the assembling of the permanent magnets, the magnet support ring is preliminarily located on claw-shaped magnetic poles at inner peripheral sides thereof under a state combined with a pair of field iron cores, after which the permanent magnets are inserted to magnet insertion spaces in longitudinal directions. The rotor includes positioning and restricting means for precluding the occurrence of positional displacement of each permanent magnet with respect to each magnet supporting segment of the magnet support ring.

A signal receiver includes: a receiving circuit that receives a differential signal via a transmission line, which includes a pair of signal wires for transmitting the differential signal; and an impedance control circuit that controls an input impedance so as to reduce a common mode noise. The impedance control circuit includes a detection element for detecting at least one of a voltage, a current and an electric power of the common mode noise. The impedance control circuit controls the input impedance in accordance with change of the at least one of the voltages the current and the electric power of the common mode noise.

In a method of making a multilayer wiring board having a substrate and a wiring pattern formed in the substrate, base films are stacked in a predetermined direction to form a stacked film structure. Each base film includes thermoplastic resin. Pressure and heat are applied to the stacked film structure from its both sides in the stacked direction so that the base films are joined together to form the substrate. At least one of the base films is a combined film including a fiber sheet. Both sides of the fiber sheet are covered with the thermoplastic resin in such a manner that air space remains in the fiber sheet.

A receiving device is provided capable of avoiding reception of unnecessary energy when a signal waveform actually changes on a receiving side. An impedance control circuit includes a sensing unit to sense one or more of a voltage, current, or power of a signal to be received by a receiving circuit. The impedance control unit varies an input impedance according to the change in the sensed one or more quantities so that the received signal will be reflected. Thus the excess energy of the signal is reflected and fed to any other receiving circuit achieving stable communications.

Each pellet is disposed on the upper surface. A contact surface of each disk is in contact with the sink. A position of the upper surface of each disk is placed between the first and second surfaces of the heat sink. A range of the contact surface of each disk is within a range between the upper and bottom surfaces of the disk.

A rectifier of an automotive alternator includes a heat sink that has fitting holes, in each of which one rectifying element is fitted, and a major surface on which the fitting holes open. The heat sink also has substantially annular ribs, each of which is formed on the major surface around a corresponding one of the fitting holes. Each of the ribs has a first portion, which lies in an area on the major surface where a minimum distance between an inner edge of the heat sink defining the corresponding fitting hole and an outer edge of the heat sink defining an outline of the heat sink is smaller, and a second portion that lies in an area on the major surface where a minimum distance between the inner and outer edges is larger.
