A conductive structure includes: a single-layer busbar that is formed in a plate shape and constitutes a conductive path; and a multi-layer busbar that is configured by laminating a plurality of busbars which are formed as plates thinner than the single-layer busbar and that is joined to an end of the single-layer busbar and constitutes the conductive path. The multi-layer busbar includes a main body portion in which at least some of the laminated plurality of busbars are capable of mutual displacement relative to the busbars adjacent thereto, and a joining end located at a end of the main body portion on the single-layer busbar side and in which the laminated plurality of busbars are incapable of mutual displacement relative to each other, the joining end being joined to the end of the single-layer busbar.

Single to multiple layer integral busbar structure

A conduction system includes a laminated busbar including a plurality of busbars forming a conduction path in a vehicle and are stacked each other; and a distribution mechanism configured to distribute an electric power or electric signal by bending a part of the busbars forming the laminated busbar with respect to other busbars and by branching off the part of the busbars and the other busbars branch off from each other. As a result, the conduction system can provide an effect that the conduction path can be properly provided by combining the laminated busbar and the distribution mechanism.

A bus bar module includes a plurality of first bus bars, a plurality of second bus bars, a resin-made case, a resin-made case, and a resin-made bridging member. The first bus bars electrically connect electrode terminals to each other in a first electrode row arranged in the same direction included in a battery assembly that is a plurality of batteries superimposed in the same direction, and electrically connect the electrode terminals of the two adjacent batteries to each other in the one electrode row. The second bus bars electrically connect electrode terminals of the two adjacent batteries to each other in a second electrode row in the battery assembly. The case holds the first bus bars. The case holds the second bus bars. The bridging member bridges these cases.

A method for producing a molded article of the present invention includes a step of preparing a pellet raw material containing a resin and raw fibers, a step of cutting the pellet raw material to obtain a plurality of pellets each containing the resin and fibers produced by cutting the raw fibers, a step of opening the fibers contained in each pellet; and a step of molding the pellets after being opened to obtain the molded article. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily produce a molded article (e.g., a back plate of a brake pad) having excellent mechanical strength. A power source device includes: a battery assembly including a plurality of battery cells which are aligned; a bus bar module formed by linking a plurality of bus bar storing portions which store a plurality of bus bars which link and connect electrodes of the battery assembly; a smoke exhausting duct provided on one side of the battery assembly; and a control board provided on the smoke exhausting duct and electrically connected to a voltage detection terminal for detecting a voltage of each of the battery cells. In the smoke exhausting duct, a portion where the control board is provided is in a flattened shape having a smaller height and a larger width in comparison with another portion.

The busbar includes a busbar body and a weld crimp. The weld crimp has a base, which extends from the busbar body, and a cross-member that is coupled to the base on a side of the base that is opposite the busbar body. The cross-member has a weld portion and a crimp portion. The weld portion intersects the base. The crimp portion intersects the weld portion and has a crimp member that receives the conductor. The crimp member is permanently deformed about the conductor so as to apply a clamping force to the conductor. The conductive element is welded to the weld portion.

A resin molding material for making pulleys containing a novolac type phenolic resin, a glass fiber, an inorganic substrate other than the glass fiber, and an elastomer is described. The novolac type phenolic resin, ranges from 25% by weight to 45% by weight, the glass fiber together with the inorganic substrate other than the glass fiber ranges from 45% by weight to 65% by weight, and the elastomer ranges from 0.5% by weight to 5% by weight, relative to the entire molding material and are blended together. As the inorganic substrate other than the glass fiber, for example, calcium carbonate is used. As the elastomer, for example, NBR is used. The phenolic resin molding material is molded to obtain a resin pulley.
