[Problem] To provide a vehicle power transmission unit capable of moving a vehicle with a small power when a power supply of a system is off and capable of braking the vehicle by a brake system regardless of whether a clutch is engaged or disengaged. [Solution] A power transmission unit includes an input shaft, a gear mechanism, and an axle. Power from a power source is transmitted from a rotational shaft of the power source to the axle via the input shaft and a gear mechanism. The rotational shaft and the input shaft are arranged such that axes thereof match each other. The power transmission unit further includes: a clutch provided between the rotational shaft and the input shaft and manually operated to switch engagement and disengagement between the rotational shaft and the input shaft; a brake mechanism including a brake rotor provided not to rotate relative to the input shaft.

Vehicle power transmission unit

In a marine propulsion apparatus that transmits power of at least one of an internal combustion engine (ICE) and a generator motor (GM) mounted on a ship to a propeller via a forward reverse switching mechanism, the marine propulsion apparatus can be downsized as a whole. The marine propulsion apparatus includes a connection switching mechanism capable of selectively connecting the GM to an upstream side and a downstream side of the power transmission from the ICE in the forward reverse switching mechanism. Then, the forward reverse switching mechanism is interposed between the ICE and the connection switching mechanism, and a large torque from the ICE is not directly transmitted to the connection switching mechanism. As a result, it is not necessary to increase the capacity of the connection switching mechanism, and the connection switching mechanism and thus the marine propulsion apparatus can be downsized.

Marine propulsion apparatus

Disclosed is a power transmission unit including a motor case that is provided on the same side as a second axle with respect to a center between a first axle and the second axle, separated to right and left, in a right-left direction and that houses the electric motor, a first axle case housing a reduction gear mechanism, a differential gear mechanism, and the first axle, and a second axle case that is fixed to the first axle case in a separable manner and houses the second axle.

Power transmission unit

[Problem] A power transmission unit that improves quietness of a gear mechanism and prevents a size of the unit from increasing when a brake rotor is installed around an input shaft of the gear mechanism. [Solution] The power transmission unit includes an electric driving motor with a motor shaft, a gear mechanism, and an output shaft, which are accommodated in a transmission housing, wherein the power of the motor shaft is transmitted to the output shaft via the gear mechanism. The gear mechanism has a gear shaft rotatably supported on the transmission housing and a first helical gear provided on the gear shaft. The power transmission unit further includes a connecting member provided with a tubular portion fitted to the motor shaft and the gear shaft so as to allow the motor shaft and the gear shaft to synchronously rotate. The connecting member is integrally provided with a brake rotor on the outer periphery thereof.

A moving body driving unit includes: a casing; an electric motor placed in a motor storage portion formed in an inner side of the casing on one side in a first direction which is predetermined and that has a motor shaft which extends in the first direction; a gear device placed in a gear storage portion formed in the inner side of the casing on the other side in the first direction and which also functions as an oil reservoir; a motive power transmitting mechanism placed at the inner side of the casing and that transmits motive power between the motor shaft and the gear device; an oil passage that interconnects the motor storage portion and the gear storage portion at the inner side of the casing; an oil introduction port; an oil discharge port; and an external oil path.

Moving body driving unit

A lawn mower includes a traveling driver, a mower motor, and at least one controller. At least one controller is configured to control the traveling driver in accordance with an operation of a user getting on the lawn mower, control the traveling driver to cause the lawn mower to travel autonomously, on a basis of information detected on the lawn mower, and control the mower motor. The lawn mower includes a lawn detection device configured to detect a condition of a portion of lawn on a front side in a traveling direction, and a position acquisition device configured to acquire self-position information. The at least one controller controls the traveling driver in such a manner that the lawn mower preferentially travels on a portion of lawn that needs to be mowed.

Lawn mower with autonomous traveling function

A transaxle with a brake of the present invention includes the braking device comprising a plurality of brake discs, fixing plates, and a brake operating member, wherein the brake discs have an inner gear tooth portion that can be fitted to an outer gear tooth portion of an output gear of the motor shaft so as not to rotate relative to the outer gear tooth portion and is slidably fixed in the axial direction of the motor shaft, wherein the fixing plates are fixed to the transaxle casing so as not to rotate relative to each other and are slidably fixed in the axial direction of the motor shaft, and wherein the brake operating member provides a predetermined gap between the fixing plates and the brake discs when the brake discs are not pressed.

Transaxle

A motor reducer of the at least an embodiment of the present invention includes a reduction gear train that decelerates rotation input from a motor, and a reducer casing that accommodates the reduction gear train. An input cover that seals a motor-side end face of the reducer casing is provided, and the input cover is provided separately from the motor casing.

Motor reducer

A hybrid vehicle includes an engine that drives first wheel, and a motor that drives second wheel. The hybrid vehicle includes (1) a minute speed launch support mode where the hybrid vehicle is driven only by the motor as a drive source, (2) a sudden launch support mode where the hybrid vehicle is driven by the engine and motor as the drive source, and (3) a smooth launch support mode where the hybrid vehicle is driven only by the motor as the drive source in an early stage, is driven by the engine and motor in a middle stage, and is driven only by the engine in a late stage, and if an operation amount of an acceleration instruction unit is not 0 or is substantially not 0, any one of the support modes is executed according to an operation status of the acceleration instruction unit.

Hybrid vehicle

A moving body drive unit has an electric motor that is located inside the case and has a motor shaft extending in a first direction, a gear shaft that is located, inside the case, parallel to the motor shaft so as to extend in the first direction and has a bevel gear formed thereon, an intermediate gear mechanism that transmits power from the motor shaft to the gear shaft, and a differential gear device that is located inside the case and has a ring gear that meshes with the bevel gear to transmit power from the gear shaft to two output shafts extending in a second direction. The motor shaft and the gear shaft are arranged at different positions in both the second direction and in a third direction that is orthogonal to both the first direction and the second direction.

Moving body drive unit and moving body

A transaxle casing has a fluid sump having a gear top cover, an HST, a reduction gear train and at least one axle disposed in the transaxle casing. The gear top cover accommodates a part of a rotation portion of the reduction gear train. An air supply and exhaust hole is disposed on an upper surface of the gear top cover facing an air sump and is arranged at a position different from a point above a bevel gear. A breather is attached at the air supply and exhaust hole, and a first inner wall extending downward from the upper surface of the upper casing member, is positioned between the part of the bevel gear and the air supply and exhaust hole.

Hydraulic transaxle

A transaxle with a brake includes an axle supported by the transaxle casing, a continuously variable transmission disposed in the transaxle casing, a braking device that is disposed in the transaxle casing and locks a rotation of the axle, a speed control arm that is journaled so as not to rotate relatively with respect to the transmission operating shaft of the transmission, controls the transmission, and is capable of changing a rotation of the axle continuously. A brake arm that is journaled with respect to an operating shaft of the braking device and a relay arm that is journaled so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the transmission operating shaft are also included. The relay arm has one end connected to the brake arm via a link mechanism and the other end for lock operation input.

A reducer includes a fixed housing, a rotation housing, and multi-stage planetary gear mechanisms. The fixed housing contains a motor in the fixed housing. The rotation housing is rotatably supported by the fixed housing via a bearing at an outer surface of a one-end wall of the fixed housing. The multi-stage planetary gear mechanisms are configured to decelerate a rotation of the motor and transmit the rotation that has been decelerated to the rotation housing. The multi-stage planetary gear mechanisms include a final-stage planetary gear mechanism located at a downstream position in a direction in which motive power is transmitted. The final-stage planetary gear mechanism include a planetary gear rotatably supported by a planetary gear shaft that is supported at one end of the planetary gear shaft by the one-end wall of the fixed housing.

Reducer

A power-dividing device for a working vehicle includes a case member, an input shaft supported by the case member so that a first end portion of the input shaft can be operatively connected to a driving source, a PTO unit having a PTO shaft supported by the case member so as to be offset with respect to the input shaft, a power transmission mechanism accommodated in the case member to transmit power from the input shaft to the PTO shaft, and a first pump unit having a first pump shaft operatively connected to the input shaft and being fluid-connected to an actuator disposed outside.

Power-dividing device and axle-driving device for a working vehicle

There is provided a working vehicle including: a hydraulic pump unit including a hydraulic pump main body operatively driven by a driving power source, and a pump case accommodating the hydraulic pump main body and having an inner space capable of storing oil; a hydraulic motor unit spaced apart from the hydraulic pump unit so as to operatively drive a corresponding driving wheel, the hydraulic motor unit including a hydraulic motor main body fluidly connected to the hydraulic pump main body so as to form an HST in cooperation with the hydraulic pump main body, and a motor case accommodating the hydraulic motor main body and having an inner space capable of storing oil; an auxiliary pump unit including an auxiliary pump main body operatively driven by the driving power source; a circulation line for fluidly connecting the auxiliary pump main body, the pump case and the motor case so that at least a part of oil, which has been discharged from the auxiliary pump main body, returns to a suction side of the auxiliary pump main body through the inner spaces of the pump case and the motor case; and an oil cooler interposed in the circulation line so as to be positioned. between the auxiliary pump main body and the pump case or the motor case.
