A heat sink having a coolant flow path formed inside through which a coolant flows includes: a heat transfer plate having a first surface on which a semiconductor device is disposed and a second surface; a junction flow path-forming plate having a third surface and a fourth surface; a first partition wall provided in contact with the second surface and the third surface; and first fins provided in contact with the second surface. The coolant flow path includes a first flow path. A plurality of first divided regions separated by the at least one first partition wall are formed in the first flow path. The plurality of first fins are arranged by being spaced side by side in the first divided regions.

Heat sink and semiconductor module

A electronic device includes: a plurality of substrates each including a substrate main body and a heat generating element, the plurality of substrates being provided side by side in a plate thickness direction; a cooler which is provided between the substrates adjacent to each other, and configured to cool the heat generating element; and a piping which is made of metal, and is connected to the cooler. The piping includes: an inner piping portion which is arranged in an inter-substrate region, and is connected to the cooler; an inner piping extending portion provided so as to extend from the inner piping portion to an outer side of the inter-substrate region; and an outer piping portion which is arranged to be shifted from the inter-substrate region, and is connected to the inner piping extending portion. The outer piping portion includes a movable piping portion that is deformable.

Electronic device

Provided is a flow rate measuring device including a connector portion, a main body portion, an internal flow passage, and a flow rate detection element. The internal flow passage includes a main flow passage and a sub-flow passage. The sub-flow passage includes a flow rate detection element-side flow passage and connection flow passages. The main flow passage includes an introduction portion, a small flow passage sectional area portion, and an exit portion. The connection flow passages include an upstream-side connection flow passage and a downstream-side connection flow passage. The main flow passage and the flow rate detection element-side flow passage are formed so as to be symmetric with respect to a plane having a flow direction of the fluid to be measured flowing through the pipe as a normal. The main flow passage has a portion at the plane of symmetry as the small flow passage sectional area portion.

Flow rate measuring device

A rotary electric machine including a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and an armature winding. The rotor includes a rotor core and a plurality of permanent magnets. The rotor core is disposed on the periphery of a shaft such that a magnetic gap is formed between the rotor core and the stator. The plurality of permanent magnets project in a rotary axis direction from an end face of the rotor core. The rotary electric machine further includes a plurality of magnet holding portions provided respectively on parts of the plurality of permanent magnets that project from the end face of the rotor core. Spaces are provided between the plurality of magnet holding portions.

Rotary electric machine

The present invention relates to a heat exchange element in which unit constituent members, each of which includes a partition member that has a heat-transfer property and a moisture permeability and a spacing member that holds the partition member with a predetermined spacing, are stacked and in which a primary air flow that passes along an upper surface side of the partition member and a secondary air flow that passes along an undersurface side of the partition member and crosses the primary air flow exchange heat and moisture through the partition member, wherein a detachment suppressing rib is provided on the opposite side of the spacing member when viewed from the partition member at a bonded portion between the partition member and the spacing member, and the partition member is sandwiched by the spacing member and the detachment suppressing rib.

Heat exchange element

A rotating electric machine with a built-in control device that can be downsized. The rotating electric machine with a built-in control device includes a rotor including a permanent magnet of sensor use provided on a rear side of a rotor shaft, a front side housing fixed with a first bearing supporting a front side of the rotor shaft, a motor frame including a rotor and a stator, a heat sink fixed with a second bearing supporting the rear side of the rotor shaft, a control substrate mounting a rotary sensor, a microcomputer, and a driving circuit. The microcomputer controls the driving circuit based on signals from the rotary sensor and drives a plurality of switching elements. At least one of a smoothing condenser and a noise reduction coil, connected to the switching elements, is arranged at a far rear side of the control substrate.

Rotating electric machine with a built-in control device and electric power assist steering system

An in-vehicle cooling device includes: a header to be mounted so as to be adjacent to a side surface of a transformer mounted on a back side of a bottom portion of a vehicle, the header having a vertical surface along a traveling direction and a direction orthogonal to the travelling direction; a vertical-direction installed cooling pipe having both ends fixed to the header and being installed on a vertical plane orthogonal to the traveling direction; and a traveling-direction installed cooling pipe having both ends fixed to the header and being installed on a travel plane that is parallel to a horizontal plane, the vertical-direction installed cooling pipe and the traveling-direction installed cooling pipe being installed to overlap with each other in a direction orthogonal to the header.

In-vehicle cooling device

Provided is a heat exchange element that suppresses an increase in air-flow resistance by suppressing deflection of a partition member caused by a change in temperature and humidity. The unit constituent members are stacked, each of which is formed of partition members that have heat-transfer properties and moisture permeability, and spacing members that hold the partition members. A primary air flow that passes along an upper-surface side of the partition member and a secondary air flow that passes along an undersurface side of the partition member cross each other so as to exchange heat and moisture via the partition member. The spacing member includes: spacing ribs that maintain the spacing between the partition members; and deflection suppressing ribs that have a height smaller than the spacing ribs so as to suppress deflection of the partition members.

Heat exchange element and air conditioner

A laminated total heat exchange element that includes a plurality of laminated plates, a first spacing member forming a first flow path between the laminated plates, and a second spacing member forming a second flow path between the laminated plates, wherein the first flow path is formed to allow fluid to pass from one side to another side of the laminated total heat exchange element, the second flow path is formed to allow fluid to pass from the another side to the one side of the laminated total heat exchange element, a third flow path, which communicates with the first flow path on the one side and extends substantially parallel to a lamination direction of the laminated plates, is formed, and a fourth flow path, which communicates with the second flow path on the another side and extends substantially parallel to the lamination direction of the laminated plate, is formed.

Laminated total heat exchange element

An axial flow fan, with which effective work of blades is ensured and blade tip vortices are suppressed, thereby reducing noise. The axial flow fan includes blades, which are each formed such that a chord centerline connecting chord center points from inner to outer peripheral ends of the blade is curved so as to protrude toward a downstream side in a whole region.

Axial flow fan

A transformer includes a tank that is attached under a floor of a vehicle, the tank being for housing an iron core, a coil, and an insulating liquid, thereby immersing the iron core and the coil in the insulating liquid; and a cooling unit for air-cooling the insulating liquid that has flowed from tank and returning the insulating liquid to tank, the cooling unit including a plurality of pipes arranged to be spaced from one another such that a spacing in a region relatively closer to floor of the vehicle is greater than a spacing in a region relatively away from floor of the vehicle.

Transformer

In a stationary induction apparatus, an inter-partial-coil insulating plate and a plurality of inter-partial-coil spacer insulators form a refrigerant flow path in conjunction with each other. A space having an inter-partial-coil insulation dimension for withstanding an abnormal voltage is formed between a pair of partial coils. The inter-partial-coil insulating plate and the inter-partial-coil spacer insulators support both the pair of partial coils at an insulated state so as to maintain the inter-partial-coil insulation dimension. The insulators are arranged so as to be overlapped with each other in the direction in which mutually adjacent partial coils are opposed to each other.

Stationary induction apparatus

A transformer device includes an iron core, a plurality of stacked coils, wound onto the iron core, a plurality of base members arranged between the plurality of coils adjacent in a stacking direction, a plurality of flow channel member groups provided for each of the coils, each provided at a corresponding base member, and forming a flow channel directed to a flow of an insulating liquid between the corresponding base member and a corresponding coil, and an obstruction member arranged to obstruct the flow of the insulating liquid such that at least one of the flow channels formed by the plurality of flow channel member groups differs in the flow volume of the insulating liquid from another of the flow channels, and to obstruct the flow of the insulating liquid at a region not overlapping with the iron core in the flowing direction of the insulating liquid, among the flow channels.

Transformer device

An air duct plate is provided on the back of a substrate on the surface of which a light emitting element group for display as well as an integrated circuit are disposed. A fan acts to send air into a space surrounded by a case body extending over and around the air duct plate and the air duct plate. A plurality of openings acting to blow a cooling air generated by the fan to a predetermined portion of the substrate are formed in the air duct plate.
