A light-absorbing layer and a bonding layer are layered on a first side of each of a belt-shaped male base portion integrated with a male portion and a female base portion integrated with a female portion on a side of the male and female base portions opposite the first side. The light-absorbing layer contains a light-absorbing material having a wavelength absorption range from 800 nm to 1200 nm to absorb a laser beam of the range. The bonding layer contains a low-melting-point resin in a form of a metallocene linear low-density polyethylene having a melting point ranging from 60 degrees C. to 120 degrees C. When the zipper tape is bonded to the base film, the laser beam is applied to heat the light-absorbing layer to melt the bonding layer. The melted bonding layer is pressure-bonded to the base film. The base film can be bonded without causing thermal degradation.

A propylenic polymer according to the present invention or a composition thereof have an excellent melt flowability and contains a less amount of stickiness-causing components, and also has a low modulus and is pliable, and is capable of providing a transparent molded article, thus being useful as a substitute for a pliable vinyl chloride resin. In addition, a molded article made therefrom exhibits an excellent heat seal performance at a low temperature, and is excellent in terms of transparency and rigidity. Specifically, it has an isotactic pentad fraction (mmmm), which indicates a stereoregulariry, of 30 to 80%, a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 3.5 or less and an intrinsic viscosity [&#x3b7;] of 0.8 to 5 dl/g.

The propylene polymer of the present invention satisfies (1) a 25&#xb0; C. hexane soluble content (H25) of 0-80 wt %; and (2) either no melting temperature (Tm) measurable by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), or a melting temperature (Tm) satisfying, if measurable by DSC, the following relationship: &#x394;H&#x2267;3&#xd7;(Tm&#x2212;120) wherein &#x394;H is a melting endotherm (J/g). The propylene copolymer of the present invention satisfies (1) a stereoregularity index (P) of 55-90 mol % as determined byC-NMR measurement; and (2) a fraction (W25) eluted at a temperatures up to 25&#xb0; C. by temperature-programmed chromatography, of from 20-100 wt %.

The propylene polymer of the invention is transparent and has good low-temperature heat-sealability and scratch resistance, and is favorable to wrapping and packaging films. (1) The polymer has a melting point, Tm (&deg; C.), measured through differential scanning calorimetry, of 110&lE;Tm&lE;140; (2) its heat of fusion &Dgr;H (J/g) and melting point Tm (&deg; C.) satisfy &Dgr;H&gE;0.45&times;Tm&plus;22; (3) the half-value width Th (&deg; C.) of the peak top of its elution curve obtained in programmed-temperature fractionation is Th&lE;5; and (4) its intrinsic viscosity &lsqb;&eegr;&rsqb; (dl/g) measured in a solvent of tetralin at 135&deg; C. falls between 0.5 and 5.

A polypropylene-based calendered or injection-molded article satisfying the requirements of (1) having a tensile modulus TM of 5 MPa or higher and (2) having, when measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), no melting point or a melting point Tm (&deg; C.) satisfying the formula: TM&gE;5&times;Tm&minus;450, is less tacky and excellent in flexibility and transparency. Such a polypropylene-based calendered or injection-molded article is produced from a propylene polymer satisfying the requirements of (1) having a component soluble in a 25&deg; C. hexane in a content H25 of 0 to 80% by weight; (2) having, when measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), no melting point or a melting point Tm (&deg; C.) satisfying the formula: &Dgr;H&gE;6&times;(Tm&minus;140) wherein &Dgr;H is a melting endotherm (J/g); and (3) having an intrinsic viscosity &lsqb;&eegr;&rsqb; of 1 to 3 dl/g as measured at 135&deg; C. in tetralin.
