A fall prevention system includes an image capturing unit that captures an image of a space to be monitored; a skeleton model generating unit that generates a skeleton model representing a person in the image captured by the image capturing unit; a determination unit that determines a state of a person corresponding to the skeleton model generated by the skeleton model generating unit, by distinguishing between the person standing up and the person sitting down, based on the skeleton model; and an operation processing unit capable of executing a fall prevention process that is a process according to a determination result by the determination unit, and that prevents the person from falling over, based on the determination result.

Fall prevention system

A vehicle management system includes an imaging device provided in a shared vehicle to capture a plurality of passengers on the vehicle, a detection unit that detects that a user, who is one of the passengers, has performed a predetermined motion which is a motion registered in advance, based on a capturing result by the imaging device, and a controller that controls the vehicle based on a predetermined command, which is a command registered in advance as a command corresponding to the predetermined motion, when the predetermined motion is detected.

Vehicle management system

An in-vehicle device includes a camera, a passenger detector, a goods detector, an association unit, and an in-vehicle controller. The camera images the inside of a vehicle. The passenger detector detects the passenger inside the vehicle based on an image captured by the camera. The goods detector detects the goods inside the vehicle based on the image captured by the camera. The association unit generates association information. The association information is obtained by associating specific goods detected by the goods detector with a specific passenger detected by the passenger detector based on the goods detected by the goods detector and the passenger detected by the passenger detector. The in-vehicle controller performs predetermined control based on the association information generated by the association unit.

In-vehicle device

A passenger support system includes a speaker, cameras, a vibrator, a seat switch, and a control device. The control device issues destination approach information by the speaker before the vehicle arrives at the destination based on results from comparing the current location information of the vehicle with the destination information of passenger. After issuing the destination approach information, the control device identifies the seat position based on the images captured by the cameras and performs awakening action by the vibrator at the seat corresponding to the specified seat position. The control device stops the awakening action by the vibrator when a stop operation is received from the seat switch.

Passenger support system

An in-vehicle monitoring module included in a monitoring system includes a detector, a service operator, a controller, and a housing. The detector detects conditions in an inside of a vehicle. The service operator is provided to the vehicle. The controller can perform processing of determining the type of an event occurring in the inside of the vehicle based on the conditions in the inside of the vehicle detected by the detector, controlling the service operator based on the determined type of the event, and causing the service operator to perform an operation corresponding to the type of the event. The housing is provided with the detector, the service operator, and the controller to serve as a unit and provided on a roof member of the vehicle.

In-vehicle monitoring module and monitoring system

A display device for a vehicle includes: a self-luminous indicator which has a display screen with a plurality of pixels; a display control unit that displays image information indicating at least a given display pattern on a display screen of the self-luminous indicator; a display time measuring unit that measures a display time of the self-luminous indicator; and a brightness adjusting unit that adjusts the brightness of the display screen on the basis of at least the display time measured by the display time measuring unit in order to suppress non-uniform brightness deterioration of the display screen when the non-uniform brightness deterioration occurs on the display screen. The display control unit displays the image information on the display screen of the self-luminous indicator with the brightness adjusted by the brightness adjusting unit.

Display device for vehicle

An in-vehicle image correcting device for correcting an image picked up by a near-infrared camera ahead of one's own vehicle in which an obstacle is difficult for a driver to visually recognize captures the image picked up by the near-infrared camera; and corrects the image captured by the image capturing means so that a density of a pixel having a higher density than an obstacle density representative of the density of a pixel corresponding to the obstacle becomes lower than the obstacle density. In this configuration, the image picked up by the near-infrared camera is corrected so that the obstacle can be easily recognized.

In-vehicle image correcting device and night driving view field supporting device

For displaying a virtual image without hindering from seeing a front view, a display apparatus for a vehicle includes a storage device for storing a distance information of superimposed viewing, the distance information indicating a distance between an obstacle in the view ahead a vehicle and the vehicle when the obstacle and, a virtual image of a picture projected on a windshield are viewed as a superimposed front view; distance measuring means for measuring a distance between the vehicle and the obstacle; judging means for judging whether or not the virtual image is superimposed on the obstacle; and control means for stopping the projection of the virtual image when it is judged that the virtual image is superimposed on the obstacle.

Display apparatus for a vehicle

A multifunction switch device with a display function is provided, which displays a function of a switch presently selected on a switch operating section and simultaneously displays a next selectable function. On a display device , which constitutes a MF switch employing a pushing switch, an equipment (function) to be selected next by operating the switch, for example a MD (miniature disc), is simultaneously displayed adjacently to a letter indicating a CD (compact disc) in a different displaying manner from that of the letter indicating the CD, together with an equipment presently selected, for example, an icon indicating the CD and the letter indicating the CD.

Multifunction switch device with display function

In a multi-function switch, while a first level screen inclusive of images representative of a plurality of object appliances viewed at operation buttons is displayed on a display means, an image of a selected appliance is selected by pressing any one of the operation buttons. Next, a second level screen inclusive of a plurality of functions of the selected appliance is displayed on the display means. In this configuration, not only the number of the operation buttons but also the space required for displaying the selected appliance can be reduced. When an air conditioner mode is selected from the first level screen, by pressing one by one a operation button for air drafting, in accordance with the number of times of pressing, the symbol representative of drafting mode is changed in a sequence of six patterns of &ldquo;no drafting&rdquo;, &ldquo;only head&rdquo;, &ldquo;both head and leg&rdquo;, &ldquo;only leg&rdquo; &ldquo;only leg with defogger&rdquo; and &ldquo;head and leg with defogger&rdquo;. In this configuration, the multi-function of a operation button for stepwise setting an operation of the air conditioner can be also realized.

Multi-function switch device

The names of a plurality of instruments connected to a bus are displayed on a screen. An operator presses a mode selection switch, so that one of the names of the plurality of electrical instruments displayed on the screen of the monitor can be selected. A controller selectively displays the name on the screen selected by the mode selection switch. The operator can operate the instrument corresponding to the name on the screen selected by the mode selection switch with using a direction key.
