In a method for estimating flange displacement amount, effective three-dimensional coordinate data at a lower first position on a surface continuous with a lower flange surface of a first supported portion and at an upper first position coincident with the lower first position in the horizontal direction on a surface continuous with an upper flange surface are determined. The effective three-dimensional coordinate data at the respective positions are changed such that the effective three-dimensional coordinate data at the lower first position and the effective three-dimensional coordinate data at the upper first position are coincident with each other. In accordance with a difference between a position in a vertical direction indicated by the effective three-dimensional coordinate data at an upper target position on the upper flange surface after a coordinate change and a position in the vertical direction indicated by the effective three-dimensional coordinate data at a lower target position on the lower flange surface after a coordinate change, displacement amounts of the upper target position and the lower target position in the vertical direction when a state changes from an open state to a fastened state are obtained.

A stationary blade includes a main unit having a hollow blade structure formed from a metal plate by plastic forming. The stationary blade includes a blade tail section. In a blade tail upper portion, the metal plate has a concave-shaped recess and a rib formed on an inner surface side thereof, and the metal plate further has slits formed by slitting on a blade pressure side thereof, so that droplets affixed on a blade surface can be guided into an inside of the hollow blade when the blade tail section is joined to the hollow blade main unit. The metal plates are welded together to the main unit.

In assembling a turbine including: a casing consisting of an upper half part and a lower half part fastened together by bolts; a stationary body accommodated in the casing and supported by the lower half part; and a rotary body supported by a plurality of bearings so as to be situated on the inner side of the stationary body, there are executed: a procedure of reading a finite element model of the three-dimensional configuration of the turbine; a reading procedure of reading actual measurement information on the three-dimensional configuration of the upper half part and the lower half part of the casing in the open state; a model correction procedure of reflecting actual measurement information of an evaluated portion that is a specific part of the casing in the finite element model and generating a correction model obtained through correction of the finite element model; a deformation amount estimation procedure of estimating the movement amount of the evaluated portion generated when the upper half part and the lower half part of the casing are fastened together by the bolts through simulation using the correction model; and an output procedure of outputting an estimated value of the movement amount to an output device.
