A force sense imparting operation device that imparts a force sense in accordance with a load acting on an actuation device. The device includes an operation member, a displacement detector, a load detector, a force sense generator that imparts a force sense to an operator who operates the operation member, a current controller that performs an actual control and a preliminary control, the actual control increasing the force sense imparted by the force sense generator by increasing an excitation current in response to an increase in the load, the preliminary control supplying the excitation current to an excitation coil prior to the actual control, the excitation current supplied by the preliminary control being set to a preliminary current value lower than the excitation current supplied to the excitation coil under the actual control, and a current supplying portion that supplies the excitation current to the excitation coil.

Force sense imparting operation device

An output-torque estimation unit obtains a value of a current input to a motor, from a power converter, and calculates an estimated output torque value which is an estimated value of output torque of the motor, from the obtained value of the current. A load estimation unit estimates a load value of a hanging cargo based on the estimated output torque value which is calculated by the output-torque estimation unit, a speed reduction ratio of a speed reducer, an effective radius of a winch drum, and the winding number which is set by the number setting unit.

Load detector, and winding apparatus for crane comprising said detector

Provided is an electric winch apparatus capable of preventing irregular winding of a wire rope caused by landing of a hoisted-down suspended load. The electric winch apparatus includes a winch drum () around which a wire rope () is wound, an electric motor () which rotates the winch drum (), an operation lever (), a measurement unit () which measures a tension index value corresponding to a tension in the wire rope (), and a controller () which controls motion of the electric motor (). The controller () stops motion of the electric motor () when an operation in a lowering operation direction is applied the operation lever () and a tension average value as an average value of a tension in the wire rope () becomes less than or equal to a predetermined tension reference value, the average value of the tension corresponding to an average value of the tension index value in a predetermined period.

Electric winch device

An electrically driven winch device includes a winch drum, a plurality of axial-gap electric motors, and a drive shaft. The winch drum rotates around a drum axis in order to wind or unwind a work rope. The plurality of electric motors are electric motors configured to drive the winch drum to rotate, and are each provided with a stator, and rotors which rotate around a rotation axis and are disposed at an axial distance from the stator. The drive shaft is disposed coaxially with the drum axis and serially connects the rotors of the plurality of electric motors on the rotation axis.

Electrically driven winch device and mobile crane

A force-sense-imparting operation device including a stationary section, a rotating section, and an operation member. One of the stationary section and the rotating section includes an excitation coil and a first magnetic pole section, and the other includes a second magnetic pole section capable of opposition to the first magnetic pole section in a specific opposing direction. The first magnetic pole section forms a magnetic circuit with the first magnetic pole section due to the second magnetic pole section being excited in a state that the second magnetic pole section opposes the first magnetic pole section. The magnetic circuit encircles a periphery of the excitation coil on the cross section, the second magnetic pole section being arranged to separate from the first magnetic pole section with rotation of the rotating section.

Force-sense-imparting operation device

An axial gap type dynamo-electric machine () comprises: a stator () provided with a magnetic core () and an exciting coil (); a rotor () provided with a plurality of permanent magnets () circumferentially arranged around a rotation center axis (AX), the rotor () being also provided with a disk-shaped base material () for supporting the permanent magnets, the rotor () being disposed at an axial distance from the stator (); and affixation members () for affixing the permanent magnets () to the base material (). The permanent magnets () are provided with front surfaces facing the stator (), rear surfaces facing the base material, and engagement-receiving sections () formed at peripheral edges of the permanent magnets (). The affixation members () include: engagement sections () engaging the engagement-receiving sections; and affixation sections () forming mechanical affixation structures relative to the base material.

Axial-gap rotating electric machine

In the outer rotor-type axial gap brushless motor of the present invention, each of a plurality of coils provided to a stator is constituted by winding a band-shaped conductor member via an insulating member such that the width direction of the conductor member runs along the axial direction of the coil, and each coil has a through passage which penetrates in the axial direction of the coil and which is included between prescribed turns in a portion of the coil that corresponds to the outer side in the radial direction of the stator relative to a core portion of the coil.

Outer rotor-type axial gap brushless motor

Disclosed is a winch control apparatus for a crane, which comprises: a first compensation torque value calculation section which calculates, when a hoisting manipulation being input, based on a difference speed between a detected rotational speed and a target speed according to a manipulation amount of the hoisting manipulation, a first compensation torque value for enabling an electric motor to generate a reverse-rotation-preventing torque which is a torque in a hoisting direction and corresponding to the difference speed; and a second compensation torque value calculation section which calculates, when the hoisting manipulation being input, based on a detected load value, a second compensation torque value for enabling the electric motor to generate a load bearing torque which is a torque in the hoisting direction and necessary for bearing a load of the load value.

An electric winch device causes an operative part to perform an operation for hoisting work by winding up or letting out a rope connected to the operative part, the electric winch device including: a winch drum having an axis, provided on the mobile crane to be rotatable about the axis and wound with the rope therearound; a plurality of motors located on one side of the winch drum in an axial direction in which the axis of the winch drum extends, and arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction; a gear mechanism which combines torques output from the plurality of motors; and a transmitting part which transmits a resultant of torques combined by the gear mechanism to the winch drum to rotate the winch drum to thereby cause the winch drum to wind up or let out the rope.

Liquefier includes first compression section which is driven by a superconducting motor and which compresses a substance in a gaseous state. Cooling circuit includes: second compression section which is driven by the motor when first compression section is being driven by the motor and which compresses a refrigerant; first heat exchange section which cools the refrigerant by causing heat exchange between a substance in a tank and the compressed refrigerant; second expansion section which brings the refrigerant down to or below a critical temperature of a superconducting material by expanding the cooled refrigerant; and second heat exchange section which imparts cold heat of the refrigerant to the substance by causing heat exchange between the substance in the tank and the refrigerant after cooling a superconducting magnet, and supplies the refrigerant brought down to or below the critical temperature by second expansion section to the motor and cools the superconducting magnet.

Liquefaction system and power generation system

A crane includes an overload safety device and a identifying unit. The overload safety device includes a maximum-load calculating unit configured to calculate a maximum load that a winch drum is capable of winding up with driving torques output from the remaining electric motors other than a failed electric motor identified by the identifying unit, an updating unit configured to update a set hoisting ability value stored in a storing unit to a value equal to the maximum load, and a control unit configured to cause the remaining electric motors to operate when a value of a load derived by a load deriving unit is equal to or smaller than a latest set hoisting ability value stored in the storing unit and stop the operation of the plurality of electric motors when the value of the load derived by the load deriving unit exceeds the latest set hoisting ability value.

Crane

This heat sink has bonded on one surface a member to be bonded, and has a cooling member in contact with the other surface. The heat sink is provided with a metal plate having a thermal expansion coefficient larger than that of the member to be bonded, and the metal plate is provided with a center portion where the member to be bonded is bonded, and a plurality of linear peripheral slits formed in a whirl-like radial manner such that the linear peripheral slits surround the center portion.

Multi-phase transformer and transformation system

Disclosed is a brushless motor (A) which is an axial gap type brushless motor (A) wherein stators (A,A) comprising a coil () and a rotor () comprising a permanent magnet () are arranged with a gap therebetween in the axial direction. The coil () is a band-like wire which is spirally wound such that the width direction of the band-like wire generally coincides with the direction of the magnetic flux that is generated by the permanent magnet () of the rotor (). Consequently, the axial gap type brushless motor (A) having the above-described structure can be further reduced in eddy current loss in comparison to conventional brushless motors.
