Embodiments provide a coating material including (A) 100 parts by mass of an active-energy-ray-curable resin, (B) 5 to 200 parts by mass of aluminum oxide particles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 &#x3bc;m, (C) 0.1 to 20 parts by mass of aluminum oxide microparticles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 nm, and (D) 0.1 to 40 parts by mass of a compound having at least two isocyanate groups per molecule, where the active-energy-ray-curable resin (A) includes (a1) 70 to 99% by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (a2) 30 to 1% by mass of an acrylamide compound having at least one hydroxyl group per molecule, and the sum total of the amount of the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (a1) and the amount of the acrylamide compound (a2) having at least one hydroxyl group per molecule is 100% by mass.

Embodiments provide a coating material containing: (A) 100 parts by mass of an acrylic curable resin; (B) 5-200 parts by mass of aluminum oxide particles having an average particle size of 1-100 &#x3bc;m; (C) 0.1-20 parts by mass of aluminum oxide fine particles having an average particle size of 1-100 nm; and (D) 1-100 parts by mass of a compound having two or more isocyanate groups per molecule. In one embodiment, the acrylic curable resin (A) includes: (a1) a structural unit derived from a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester; (a2) a structural unit derived from a vinyl aromatic compound; and (a3) a structural unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester. A distorted image (S) is acquired through a photographing operation using a wide-angle lens or an omnidirectional mirror. A cutting reference point (P) for cutting a partial cut region from the distorted image is set. The cut region is set according to the cutting reference point. An eye vector (n) corresponding to the cutting reference point is set with a photographing viewpoint of the distorted image as a base point. The present invention is characterized by using an inhibitory substance of a microRNA whose expression increases in a head-and-neck tumor and/or a promoting substance of a microRNA whose expression decreases in a head-and-neck tumor. Preferred examples of the microRNA whose expression increases in a head-and-neck tumor include miR-455-3p, miR-455-5p, miR-130b, miR-130b*, miR-801, miR-196a, miR-21 and miR-31. Preferred examples of the microRNA whose expression decreases in a head-and-neck tumor include miR-133b, miR-145 and miR-375.
