An electric actuator includes a motor, a speed reduction mechanism, a board, a housing, and a board cover. The speed reduction mechanism decelerates a rotation of the motor and transmits it to an output shaft. An electronic component related to drive control of the motor is mounted on the board. The housing has a case and a cover, and houses the motor, the speed reduction mechanism, and the board therein. A board cover engages with the case inside the housing and separates the motor and speed reduction mechanism from the board.

Electric actuator

In a stator, coils of multiple phases are wound around a stator core via an insulator. A guide member is provided on one side of the stator core in the axial direction and guides the terminal line of the coil in the circumferential direction at a position overlapping the coil in the axial direction. Parts of the plurality of terminal lines drawn in the circumferential direction on the bottom part, which is the same end surface in the axial direction of the guide member, are shifted in the axial direction and the radial direction respectively.

Stator

In a stator, coils of multiple phases are wound around a stator core via an insulator. A guide member is provided on one side of the stator core in the axial direction and guides the terminal line of the coil in the circumferential direction at a position overlapping the coil in the axial direction. The coils have coils of different systems connected to circuits of different systems. The guide member has a collecting portion that collects the terminal lines of the different systems at one place in the circumferential direction.

In a stator, coils of multiple phases are wound around a stator core via an insulator. A guide member is provided on one side of the stator core in the axial direction and guides the terminal line of the coil in the circumferential direction at a position overlapping the coil in the axial direction. The guide member has a collecting portion which collect the terminal lines at one place in the circumferential direction. The terminal line of the coil arranged in a vicinity of the collecting portion in the terminal line is a non-drawn terminal wire that is collected in the collecting portion without being drawn on the guide member in the circumferential direction.

In a stator, coils of a plurality of phases are wound around a stator core via an insulator. A guide member is provided on one side of the stator core in the axial direction and guides the terminal line of the coil in the circumferential direction at a position overlapping the coil in the axial direction. The guide member has a notch that penetrates in the axial direction in a shape having a guide portion extending radially inward from the radially outer end portion of the guide member and leads the terminal line to one side in the axial direction. End surfaces in the radial direction of the notch, and a bottom part which is one end surface in the axial direction of the guide member is drawn in the circumferential direction, are connected by the recessed part having a recessed shape.

A motor includes a rotation shaft, a rotor, and a stator. The rotor includes a rotor core and magnetic pole portions respectively including permanent magnets embedded in the rotor core. The magnetic pole portions have polarities that differ alternately in a circumferential direction. A projection projecting radially outward from an outer circumferential portion of the rotor core is arranged between the magnetic pole portions having different polarities. In a radial opposing relationship of the rotor core and the teeth taken at different times while the rotor is revolved once, at a certain time, a quantity of the teeth that oppose one of the magnetic pole portions and do not oppose the projection is greater than a quantity of the teeth that simultaneously oppose two of the magnetic pole portions adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction and the projection located in between the magnetic pole portions.

Motor

A stator includes a stator core, multiphase coils wound on the stator core, and a guide member. The multiphase coils include two or more terminal wires. The guide member is arranged on an end of the stator core located at one side in an axial direction to guide the terminal wires of the multiphase coils wound on the stator core. The guide member includes steps having a diameter that gradually decreases toward a side opposite to the stator core in the axial direction. Ones of the multiphase coils having the terminal wires that are drawn in a circumferential direction toward the same side are laid out on one of the steps.

Stator and method for manufacturing stator

In a stator, a coil is wound around a stator core. A guide member is provided on one side of the stator core in the axial direction and guides the terminal line of the coil in the circumferential direction at a position overlapping the coil in the axial direction. The terminal line of a first coil includes a first axial extension part led out to one side in the axial direction. The terminal line of a second coil adjacent to the first coil on one side in the circumferential direction includes a second axial extension part led out to one side in the axial direction. A first position, which is a base end of the first axial extension part, and a second position, which is a base end of the second axial extension part, are set to the positions where are different in the radial direction.

A motor includes a stator a rotor, and a guide member. The stator includes a stator core and multiphase coils wound on the stator core. The guide member is arranged on an end of the stator core located at one side in an axial direction to glide a terminal wire of the multiphase coils wound on the stator core. The guide member includes an outlet guide that draws the terminal wire out of the guide member toward a circuit board. The outlet guide includes insertion holes into which the terminal wire is inserted. The insertion holes each include an inlet located toward the stator core and an outlet. The inlet has a larger open area than the outlet.
