A vehicle headrest including: a main portion including a central part of a front surface of the headrest; a side portion including a side part of the front surface of the headrest, the side portion including a lower side portion and an upper side portion which are divided from each other in a height direction; a first hinge shaft coupling the side portion to the main portion in a state where the side portion is capable of protruding forward to a side support position by being rotated around an axis which extends in the height direction and is inclined downward and inward in a width direction; and a second hinge shaft coupling the lower side portion to the upper side portion in a state where the lower side portion is capable of being raised forward around an axis extending in the width direction.

Vehicle headrest

At a present buckle device, lateral slits are formed in lateral portions of a slider of a buckle switch. A tab is formed at a portion, which is further toward a device upper side than the lateral slit, of a lateral portion that is at a device left side. A portion, which is further toward a device lower side than the lateral slit, at the lateral portion is an elastic portion, and a magnet is held thereat. Therefore, even if the tab receives pushing force from an ejector and is deformed, deformation arising at the elastic portion can be suppressed, and holding of the magnet can be stabilized.

Buckle device

A vehicle headrest including: a main portion; at least one side portion; a base configured to support the main portion; and a pressure receiving operation mechanism configured to operate so as to push the main portion rearward from an initial position to a retraction position with respect to the base in response to load input by a head which leans on the main portion, wherein the pressure receiving operation mechanism includes a pushing mechanism portion configured to push the at least one side portion forward from an initial position to a side support position with respect to the base according to a moving amount of the main portion being pushed to the retraction position, the side support position being a position at which the head of the seated person is capable of being supported by the at least one side portion from a lateral side thereof.

A reduction in the durability of a coupling member coupled to a buckle is suppressed. A lift-up buckle device includes a buckle that engages with a tongue inserted through webbing worn by an occupant, and wires that each have a portion fixed to the buckle and that are displaced to move the buckle. The lift-up buckle device also includes a wire guide that includes a guide groove that guides the wires, and a soft lower cover that engages with the wire guide and covers the wires. A dimension of an end portion on the buckle side of the guide groove is set so as to increase on progression toward the buckle side.

A buckle apparatus includes a buckle, a moving member, a sliding member and a guide member. A tongue of a seatbelt apparatus can be engaged with the buckle. By being moved, the moving member moves the buckle. The sliding member is provided at the moving member and moves together with the moving member. The guide member allows the sliding member to slide in accordance with movement of the moving member and guides the sliding member. Friction between the guide member and the sliding member is less than friction between the guide member and the moving member.

Buckle apparatus

A vehicle seat includes: a seat back; a rear frame provided in the seat back and configured to have a substantially rectangular shape; and a retractor provided in the seat back and configured to retract a seat belt, wherein the rear frame includes a first side member and a second side member extending in a vertical direction, a connecting member extending in a widthwise direction, and a bracket for mounting the retractor, and wherein the connecting member and one of the first side member and the second side member are coupled together with the bracket at a corner portion of the rear frame.

Vehicle seat

In a buckle device, displacement of a buckle cover in a width direction with respect to a buckle guide is restricted by restricting grooves of the buckle cover and restricting ribs of the buckle guide that enter the restricting grooves. This enables a space to be secured between a wall portion on one side in a width direction of the buckle cover and a wall portion on one side in a width direction of the buckle guide.

In a seat belt device, when a buckle cover is moved obliquely upward in a vehicle forward direction relative to a buckle guide and the buckle cover reaches a moving endpoint at a vehicle upper side relative to the buckle guide, cover-side engagement portions of the buckle cover become sandwiched between vehicle lower side surfaces of guide-side engagement portions of the buckle guide, and the outside surfaces of guide long-side wall portions of the buckle guide. Due to this, not only movement of the cover-side engagement portions of the buckle cover in the vehicle upward direction but also movement of the cover-side engagement portions outwards in the thickness directions of the cross-sectional shapes of the buckle cover and the buckle guide are restrained by the guide-side engagement portions.

Seat belt device

In a buckle device, cord portions that are pulled out from a distal end portion in a longitudinal direction of a helical portion of a curl cord are electrically and mechanically connected to a terminal of a buckle switch of a buckle. The distal end portion in the longitudinal direction of the helical portion of the curl cord is held by a holding bracket that is provided at a first cover component of a buckle cover. Consequently, even when the buckle cover is moved, excellent connections can still be maintained between the cord portions of the curl cord and the terminal of the buckle switch of the buckle.

In a buckle device, wire ropes and a coiled cord run through the inside of a tubular buckle guide. Here, a partition wall is provided inside the buckle guide, and the inside of the buckle guide is partitioned by the partition wall into a wire rope side and a coiled cord side. Due to this, the coiled cord can be prevented from contacting the wire ropes inside the buckle guide.

A headrest moving mechanism includes linking members that links a support portion and a headrest base portion to each other; and elongated holes formed in the headrest base portion. The elongated holes slidably receive a connection shaft provided to the support portion, thereby determining a postural position of the support portion. The elongated holes are shaped so as to move the support portion forwardly and upwardly with respect to the headrest base portion from an initial position in a time before the vehicle back-side collision happens to a collision preparatory position as the linking members are rotated.
