According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an X-ray tube, an X-ray detection unit, an X-ray filter, an input unit, and an X-ray filter support unit. The X-ray tube generates X-rays. The X-ray detection unit detects the X-rays transmitted through a subject. The X-ray filter is arranged between the X-ray tube and the object and has an opening. The X-ray filter support unit supports the X-ray filter so as to make the X-ray filter movable in an imaging axis direction of the X-rays.

A mammographic apparatus that includes X-ray detectors configured to detect X-rays entering the X-ray detectors, and attached to a holding-arm placed on a floor. The mammographic apparatus further includes circuitry configured to move the X-ray detectors between a scanning position and a waiting position. The X-ray detectors in the scanning position face an X-ray tube that generates X-rays across a breast-table, and the X-ray detectors in the waiting position are closer to the holding-arm than are the X-ray detectors in the scanning position.

Mammographic apparatus

An X-ray diagnosis apparatus includes a radiography image generating unit, a fluoroscopy image generating unit, a display control unit and an irradiation field changing unit. The radiography image generating unit controls an X-ray irradiation device, an X-ray detection device, a retainer, and a bed system, and generates a radiography image by using a radiography irradiation field. The fluoroscopy image generating unit controls the X-ray irradiation device, the X-ray detection device, the retainer, and the bed system, and generates a fluoroscopy image by using a fluoroscopy irradiation field, the fluoroscopy irradiation field being narrower than the radiography irradiation field. The display control unit generates a superimposed image in which the fluoroscopy image is superimposed on a part of the radiography image, and displays the superimposed image on a display device. The irradiation field changing unit changes the fluoroscopy irradiation field with the superimposed image being displayed.

According to one embodiment, an X-ray imaging apparatus includes an X-ray generation unit, an X-ray collimator, a dose detection unit, and a dose reduction rate calculation unit. The X-ray generation unit irradiates the object with X-rays. The X-ray collimator limits an X-ray irradiation range of the X-ray generation unit. The dose detection unit detects the X-rays that have passed through the X-ray collimator. The dose reduction rate calculation unit calculates a reduction rate of an exposure dose of the object based on a value detected by the dose detection unit in X-ray imaging before the X-ray irradiation range is limited by the X-ray collimator and a value detected by the dose detection unit in X-ray imaging after the X-ray irradiation range is limited by the X-ray collimator.

A medical bed apparatus of an embodiment includes: a tiltable top board on which to place an examinee; a photographic mechanism configured to radiograph the examinee; an operation unit which is provided to a lateral side of the top board, and through which at least one of the top board and the photographic mechanism is operated by an operator; and a horizontally-holding mechanism configured to hold the operation unit horizontally when the top board tilts.
