An inside handle device for vehicle includes a handle unit and a cable unit. In the handle unit, an operation handle including a connecting recess is rotatably connected to a handle base. The cable unit is connected to the handle unit while holding one end of an operating force transmission cable in which an inner cable is movably inserted into an outer cable. The connecting recess is locked to a connecting body formed at a tip end of the inner cable in a state where the handle unit is connected to the cable unit.

Inside handle device for vehicle

An inside handle device of a vehicle includes a handle unit and a cable unit. In the handle unit, an operation member including an operation handle is rotatably connected to a handle base. The cable unit movably holds one end of a cable device configured to connect the operation member to a latch device fixed to a door on a cable cover. The cable cover has a first locking portion formed at a cable introduction edge and a second locking portion formed at an opposite-end edge. The first locking portion is rotatably locked to the handle base with the opposite-end edge as a rotating end. The second locking portion is elastically locked in a state of being rotated around the first locking portion.

Handle device of vehicle

A vehicle handle device includes a handle base, an operation portion that is rotatably connected to the handle base, a cable device that includes an outer cable and an inner cable inserted into the outer cable and transmits operating force to a door lock device of a vehicle, a cable connection unit mounted to a tip end of the outer cable, a unit case that is provided in the cable connection unit, and a cam portion that is provided in the unit case.

Steering lock device

The electric steering lock device () is provided with a cam () which is arranged to allow forward and reverse rotation inside of a frame (), and a lock member () which, while following a cam surface () of the rotating cam (), is arranged to be movable forward and backward between a locked position at the advancing end and an unlocked position at the retreating end. The cam face () comprises a locking and unlocking segment () for moving the lock member () and a lock release position segment (). A change ratio of a cam lift amount to a rotation angle of the cam () in the lock release position segment () is constructed to be smaller than the change ratio of the can lift amount to the rotational angle of the cam () in the locking and unlocking segment ().

Electric steering lock device

A steering lock device () includes: a frame () including a unit accommodating chamber () opening at one surface side of the frame (), and a trigger inserting hole () penetrating the frame () from the other surface side of the frame () to the unit accommodating chamber (); a unit case () accommodated in the unit accommodating chamber (); a locking protrusion () protruding from an inner wall of the unit accommodating chamber () and provided on an extension of the trigger inserting hole () in the unit accommodating chamber () in an extending manner; and a locking claw () provided to the unit case () and being engageable with the locking protrusion ().

An auxiliary lock structure () includes: an auxiliary lock member () arranged inside a frame () and configured to shift between an auxiliary lock position to engage with a lock member () and prevent a shift of the lock member () and an auxiliary lock release position to allow the shift of the lock member (); an auxiliary biasing unit () configured to bias the auxiliary lock member () from the auxiliary lock release position toward the auxiliary lock position; and a trigger () provided on an inner surface of a cover () mounted to the frame (), and configured to engage with the auxiliary biasing unit () and hold the auxiliary lock member () in the auxiliary lock release position.

A steering lock device includes a main frame, a lock insertion hole formed on the main frame, a lock member slidably disposed in the lock insertion hole, a pin insertion portion formed on the lock member, a stopper housing portion formed on the main frame, a stopper pin housed in the stopper housing portion, and a trigger detachably disposed on the main frame. The stopper pin is urged toward a latch position by a stopper, and engaged, in a state of positioning at the latch position, with the pin insertion portion of the lock member positioning at the lock position. The trigger holds, in a state of being attached on the main frame, the stopper pin at an unlatch position by contacting with the stopper pin. First stepped portions for engaging with the stopper pin positioning at the latch position are disposed in a side of the unlock position, around an opening of the stopper housing portion and on a wall surface of the lock insertion hole facing to the opening. Since the lock member is firmly held at the lock position by the stopper pin even if a cover or a coil spring urging the lock member is removed, an improper unlock of the lock member can be prevented.

An electric steering lock device includes a worm wheel () that is rotated, in an unlock direction and a lock direction by the drive of a motor (), a first cam member () and a second cam member () that are disposed in the worm wheel (), a lock member () that follows the first cam member () and shifts between a lock position and an unlock position, and a holding lever () that follows the second cam member () and shifts between a standby position and a holding position. A detected part () is disposed in the first cam member (), and first and second position sensors (S, S) that regard the detected part () as a detection target are disposed. The detection outputs of the first position sensor (S) and the second position sensor (S) detect the lock position and the unlock position of the lock member ().

An electric steering lock device of the invention includes: a rotating body (worm wheel) that is driven by a motor to rotate in an unlocking direction and a locking direction; a first cam section and a second cam section provided in the worm wheel; a lock member that follows the first cam section to be displaced between a lock position and an unlock position; and a lever member that follows the second cam section and that is positioned, when the lock member is positioned at the unlock position, at a waiting position at which the lock member is allowed to move and that is positioned, when the lock member is moved to the lock position, at a retention position at which the lock member is blocked from moving to the unlock position.

An electric steering lock device of the invention includes: a rotating body (worm wheel) that is driven by a motor to rotate in an unlocking direction and a locking direction; a first cam section and a second cam section provided in the worm wheel; a lock member that follows the first cam section to be displaced between a lock position and an unlock position; and a lever member that follows the second cam section and that is positioned, when the lock member is positioned at the unlock position, at a waiting position at which the lock member is allowed to move, and that is positioned, when the lock member is moved to the lock position, at a retention position at which the lock member is blocked from moving to the unlock position.

There are provided a cam plate () that rotates in an unlocking direction and a locking direction, and a locking shaft () that moves between a locking position where rotation of a steering shaft is prevented and an unlocking position where the rotation of the steering shaft is permitted by rotation of the cam plate (). The cam plate () is provided with a steering lock preventing unit () through a spring (). The steering lock preventing unit () holds the locking shaft () in the unlocking position. A ball () moves on a moving surface () of a motor unit () opposed to the cam plate () by rotation of the cam plate (). A projecting wall () is provided on the moving surface () at a position before the unlocking position in a range where the ball () moves from the locking position to the unlocking position.
