Provided are a thermoplastic resin composition whereby gum formation is suppressed during manufacturing of a matte fluororesin molded article such as a film, and a fluorine-based matte film having excellent matte properties and chemical resistance, and a layered film. An active energy ray curable resin composition for a sheet-like optical article capable of providing a cured material having a dynamic elastic modulus at 25&#xb0; C. of 950 MPa or less and a dynamic elastic modulus at 60&#xb0; C. of 100 MPa or more and a sheet-like optical article prepared from the resin composition are disclosed. The sheet-like optical article (e.g., prism sheet) has good heat resistance and extremely small warpage.
