A rotating device according to an embodiment includes a housing including a first housing and a second housing opposing each other; a motor accommodated in the housing; and a gear transmitting a rotation of the motor to the external device. In the first housing, a tubular protrusion part including a first through hole is formed, and in the second housing, a second through hole for fitting the protrusion part is provided.

A rotating device according to the present invention comprises a motor, a connection terminal electrically connecting the motor with an external device, and a housing accommodating the motor and the connection terminal. The connection terminal includes a bent portion bent in a direction crossing an insertion direction or a removal direction of the connection terminal. The housing includes a contact surface in contact with the bent portion.

Rotating device as an actuator

The rotating device includes a housing, a motor, a gear transmitting rotation of the motor to an outside, a sensor, a connection terminal electrically connected to the outside, and a wiring board. The wiring board electrically connects the motor, the sensor, and the connection terminal. The wiring board is formed of a film having a flexibility. A rotation speed or a rotation angle of the gear is detectable by the sensor. An electronic component controlling the motor is mounted at the wiring board. A part of the wiring board includes a bent part or a curved part and surrounds a part of the electronic component.

A rotary apparatus includes a motor, a plurality of gears, and a sensor configured to detect a rotation angle of one of the plurality of gears. The sensor includes a first connection terminal electrically connecting to the outside, and a base portion. The first connection terminal is disposed at the base portion. A second connection terminal is disposed at the base portion.

A rotating device according to an embodiment includes a motor, an output gear to transmit the rotation of the motor to the external device, and a housing accommodating the motor and the output gear. The motor is held by holding parts formed at the housing via an adhesive having elasticity. The adhesive having elasticity is disposed between surfaces perpendicular to an axial direction in the holding parts of the housing, and a first end part and a second end part-of a frame.

Rotating Device

A rotating device includes a motor, a gear, and a housing configured to accommodate the motor and the gear. The housing includes a first housing, a second housing, and a joining element for joining the first housing and the second housing. The first housing includes a first attaching part attached to an external device. The second housing includes a second attaching part attached to the external device. The first attaching part and the second attaching part include surfaces opposing each other after the housing is assembled. The first attaching part and the second attaching part include the joining element.

A motor includes a commutator, a bracket including a conductive brush, first and second wall parts, and first and second deformable parts. The conductive brush is in contact with the commutator. The first wall part includes a first surface extending along a first surface of the conductive brush. The second wall part includes a second surface extending along a second surface of the conductive brush located on a side opposite the first surface of the conductive brush. The first deformable part is in contact with both the first surface of the conductive brush and the first surface of the first wall part, and is deformable in response to movement of the conductive brush. The second deformable part is in contact with both the second surface of the conductive brush and the second surface of the second wall part, and is deformable in response to movement of the conductive brush.

Motor

A motor according to an embodiment includes a commutator provided to a rotation shaft, a brush in contact with the commutator, a bracket having a wall surface opposing the brush, and a deformable portion in contact with the brush and the wall surface. The bracket includes a protrusion provided on the commutator side with respect to the deformable portion. The protrusion protrudes from the wall surface toward the brush.

Motor and rotating device

A worm () according to an embodiment is a worm made of resin and formed by injection molding. The worm includes a gear portion (), a cavity () having an axis being a longitudinal axis () of the worm being formed at the gear portion, and a top portion () formed at a first end portion of the gear portion in a direction of the longitudinal axis. A plurality of recesses () including a hole portion communicating with the cavity are formed at the top portion in a radial direction, and are located on an outer peripheral portion side of the gear portion with respect to the cavity.

Worm and rotating device

A rotary apparatus includes a motor including a rotary shaft, a plurality of gears including an output gear, and a housing accommodating the motor and the plurality of gears. The housing is separable into a first housing and a second housing. The motor includes a first end portion and a second end portion located on an opposite side of the first end portion. The rotary shaft is derived from the first end portion. The second housing includes a first regulating portion regulating a position of a part of the motor on the first end portion. The first housing includes a projecting portion projecting toward the second housing side. The projecting portion urges the second end portion of the motor toward the first regulating portion side directly or via another member.
