The present application includes a compressor having a cylinder forming a compression chamber in which gas is compressed, a housing having a peripheral wall forming an internal space in which the compressor is stored, and a supporting member situated above the compressor in the internal space. The peripheral wall includes an opening wall in which a carry-out port is formed through which the cylinder is carried out. The supporting member extends to guide movement of a first lifting device between a position above the compressor and a position above the carry-out port. The cylinder is hung from the first lifting device.

A gas supplying apparatus includes a compressor, a housing having an exhaust port, and an exhaust duct. The housing has a circumferential wall and a top wall. The circumferential wall has an access section. The exhaust port is provided on at least one of the circumferential wall and the top wall at a location higher than the access section. The exhaust duct includes a discharge port for discharging the air, exhausted from the exhaust port, to the outside. A gas supply apparatus includes; a compressor unit including a compression section compressing hydrogen gas and storing pressure accumulators with the compressed hydrogen gas and a drive portion including an electric motor as drive source and driving the compression section; and a control unit controlling the electric motor. The electric motor has output characteristics where rated torque can be maintained against rotational speed changes in a standard rotation region, rotation region at or below standard speed, and output torque decreases from the rated torque as electric motor rotational speed increases in an overspeed region, rotation region above the standard speed. The control unit performs, in at least part of a storage process where the compression section stores the pressure accumulators with the hydrogen gas until set pressure is reached, overspeed operation control for allowing driving of the electric motor in the overspeed region.

Compressor unit and gas supply apparatus

A compressing device of the present invention comprises a compressor, a heat exchanger, an expander, a power recovery unit, a condenser, a pump, a bypass flow passage for bypassing the expander, and a bypass valve. When a bypass condition for allowing a working medium to circulate through the bypass flow passage is satisfied, the bypass valve is caused to be opened, thereby allowing the working medium to circulate between the heat exchanger and the condenser through the bypass flow passage. As a result, a compressed gas discharged from the compressor is cooled by the working medium in the heat exchanger. This configuration makes it possible to cool the compressed gas by the working medium in the heat exchanger regardless of operation conditions of the expander.

A thermal energy recovery device includes: a circulating flow path connected to a heater, an expander, a condenser and a circulating pump for circulating a working medium; a bypass valve in a bypass path connecting the upstream side region and the downstream side region of the expander in the circulating flow path; a power recovery machine connected to the expander; a circulating pump sending the working medium condensed in the condenser to the heater; a cooling medium pump sending a cooling medium to the condenser; an upstream side sensor detecting the pressure/temperature of the working medium on the expander upstream side in the circulating flow path; and a controller controlling the bypass valve and the cooling medium pump. The controller opens the bypass valve after stopping the circulating pump, and drives the cooling medium pump if the pressure/temperature of the working medium on the expander upstream side exceeds a threshold.

An energy recovery device includes a plurality of heat exchangers connected in parallel with each other into which a plurality of heat sources flow, an expander for expanding a working medium, a dynamic power recovery unit, a condenser, a pump for sending the working medium which has flown out from the condenser to the plurality of heat exchangers, and a regulator for regulating inflow rates of the working medium flowing into the plurality of heat exchangers. The regulator regulates the inflow rates of the liquid phase working medium flowing into the plurality of respective heat exchangers such that a difference of temperatures or a difference of degrees of superheat of the gas phase working medium which has flown out from the plurality of respective heat exchangers falls within a certain range. Thereby, heat energy can be efficiently recovered from the plurality of heat sources having temperatures different from each other.
