Provided is a production method for a soluble material, including: causing a solid raw material containing at least one component of a hydrolyzable material selected from the group consisting of a protein, a carbohydrate and a lipid, and a fibrous material, and water in an amount corresponding to 0.04 to 2.4 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of a dry amount of the raw material to coexist; applying a shearing force in a state where heating and pressurization are performed at 200 to 374° C. and in a pressure range equal to or higher than a vapor-liquid coexistence curve of water to hydrolyze at least a part of the hydrolyzable material and/or to amorphize at least a part of the fibrous material; and halting the pressurization to cause adiabatic expansion.

Production method for soluble material

Repair materials made of at least unvulcanized rubber are applied on a repair site of a damaged part of a tire, heating pads are applied on surfaces of the repair materials, wood pieces or other stuffing members differing in size are stuffed inside the tire, in a tire circumferential in tire circumferential direction where the repair materials are applied. The tire circumferential is fastened and pressed from surroundings by bands, and the repair site is heated by the heating pads to vulcanize the unvulcanized rubber of the repair materials, to thereby repair the tire. This repair method provides a low-cost tire repair method capable of maintaining the shape of the tire at the time of pressing and vulcanization, in various kinds of tires.

Meanwhile, a function value-corresponding to-flow end that is a boundary value of the cumulative distribution function to be considered as a flow end (timeout) in the range of a cumulative distribution function value is stored. From the cumulative distribution function obtained as described above, a value of a packet interval mapped to a cumulative distribution function value that matches the function value-corresponding to-flow end is set as a threshold. That is, the threshold is dynamically set based on a previous packet interval. Therefore, a packet stop period from a last packet reception time to a current time is measured, and it is detected as a flow timeout at a timing when the measured value is equal to or greater than the threshold.
