A clamping apparatus of an injection molding machine is provided. A first driving device operates a movable platen to perform mold opening/closing. A second driving device applies a clamping force to the movable platen. A screw mechanism converts rotational power of the driving devices into linear power. By contact/separation between a first rotation plate coupled to a screw shaft and a second rotation plate, a power transmission device switches transmission of power from the second driving device to the screw mechanism. At the normal time, an urging mechanism integrally moves the screw shaft and the first rotation plate in a mold closing direction and releases the connection of the second driving device. When the mold closing is completed, the urging mechanism allows the screw shaft and the first rotation plate to integrally move in a mold opening direction, and brings the second driving device into a connected state.

Clamping apparatus of injection molding machine

An injection apparatus of the invention injects a molding material supplied from a material supply port, and includes a die, a material supply apparatus that extrudes the molding material that is thread-like or strip-like via the die, and a material guide apparatus that guides the molding material supplied via the die to the material supply port. The material discharge port of the material supply apparatus and the die protrude downward in the material supply apparatus, and a pressure inside the material guide apparatus is reduced by a pressure reducing apparatus from a pressure reducing port provided above the material discharge port of the material supply apparatus and the die.

A screw () for rotating within a material supply cylinder () to plasticize a material is able to reciprocate in the axial direction, between a retracted position away from a communicating passage () through which a plasticization chamber () leads to an injection chamber (), and an advanced position at which the screw closes off the communicating passage. The screw position adjustment device includes: a thread () immovable with respect to the material supply cylinder, and having a through-hole () extending in the axial direction; a position adjustment nut () threadably engaged at the outside peripheral face of a thread for determining the retracted position; a fastener () for securing the position of the position adjustment nut; and a casing () covering the position adjustment nut and the fastener, and having an opening () for moving closer to the position adjustment nut and the fastener.

A laser driving device includes a storage unit that stores signal patterns for recording-waveform control representing level information of each divided driving signal to drive a laser device on a space and a mark based on the divided driving signals. Also, it includes a pulse generator that generates the reference pulse and the switching pulse based on a first transmission signal and a second transmission signal. The first transmission signal contains timing information for acquiring a reference pulse that represents a timing of repetitively switching between the space and the mark. The second transmission signal contains timing information for acquiring a switch pulse that represents a timing of switching the signals. A downsized screw driving gear supports a heavy reaction force from a screw used in preplasticization type injection molding machine. Motor rotation is directly transmitted to the screw during plasticizing by a piston member. Reaction forces from the screw are supported with a thrust bearing arranged in a hydraulic chamber, while the radial load of the piston member is supported with bushes. Hydraulic pressure is supplied to the hydraulic chamber in the injection process to advance the screw with the piston member, disconnecting a path to the injection chamber. Oil supplied from the hydraulic chamber immerses the thrust bearing and penetrates to the sliding faces of the bushes.

Flanges are provided on a screw casing and a cylinder member of a screw driving unit in opposition to each other, and coupled with each other with fastening bolts. An adjusting ring is screwed onto the outer circumference of one of the flanges. The screw member is moved together with the ring in a backward direction until the end of the screw hits. The ring is rotated thereafter to bring it into contact with a side of the other flange, where a datum position is established. The cylinder member is then retreated an adequate amount in this state, and the ring is moved by a specified quantity. The specified quantity, represents the stroke quantity and bolts are fastened so that the ring comes into contact with the side of the other flange. The screw is thereby adjusted in its stroke.
