A communication device includes a transmission equalizer that equalizes a transmission signal transmitted in a signal transmission performed via a non-contact coupling, the transmission equalizer creates a plurality of equivalent transmission signals by branching the transmission signal. The transmission equalizer includes a plurality of signal paths that respectively provide time delays different from each other to the equivalent transmission signals, and an output path that provides a filter output based on the total sum of outputs of the signal paths to the non-contact coupling, and at least one of the plurality of signal paths includes a variable delay circuit that can change a time delay to be given to the corresponding transmission signal.

Transmission apparatus and communication system

Provided is an information processing apparatus including a keyboard portion, a first antenna module, and a connection portion. The keyboard portion includes a base plate to support a plurality of key portions, and a reinforcing member having an electric conductivity to be stacked on and reinforce the base plate. The first antenna module includes an antenna electrode to generate an induced electric field, and a ground portion to electrically connect to the antenna electrode. The connection portion is electrically connected to the ground portion and the reinforcing member.

A transmission apparatus includes a transmission equalizer that equalizes a transmission signal transmitted in a signal transmission performed via a non-contact coupling including a magnetic coupling of a pair of coupling elements. The transmission equalizer creates plural equivalent transmission signals by branching the transmission signal; and includes plural signal paths that respectively give time delays different from each other to the equivalent transmission signals, and respectively multiplies the delayed transmission signals by tap coefficients. In addition, at least one pair of signal paths is set includes a variable delay circuit that can change the corresponding time delay to be given to the corresponding transmission signal.

Disclosed is a semiconductor device including a semiconductor chip and a semiconductor package. The semiconductor package includes an antenna formed of a lead frame, a first wire that connects the antenna and a first electrode pad of the semiconductor chip, and a second wire that connects the antenna and a second electrode pad of the semiconductor chip. The semiconductor chip is disposed in one of four regions in the semiconductor package sectioned by line segments connecting midpoints of two pairs of opposing sides of the semiconductor package. A centroid of the semiconductor chip is positioned outside a closed curve composed of a straight line segment connecting a first connection point where the antenna and the first wire are connected and a second connection point where the antenna and the second wire are connected, and a line connecting the first and second connection points along the antenna.

Semiconductor device and communication system including the same

A portable electronic apparatus includes a housing and an output device configured to output sound. The output device is disposed on a surface on an inside of a slope disposed on a lower surface of the housing, the slope resulting in the housing being opened in a predetermined direction. The slope forms a space between the slope and a mounting surface on which the housing is placed. The surface on the inside of the slope includes a curved surface. The curved surface may be concavely curved relative to the bottom surface of the housing. The electronic apparatus may also include an input device, and the output device may be disposed on a side forward of the input device.
