A release film for pressure-sensitive silicone adhesives which comprises: any of various bases; a primer layer (first layer) disposed on at least one surface of the base, the primer layer having a specific thickness and comprising as a main component an organosilicon compound having a plurality of silanol groups in the molecule; and a release layer (second layer) disposed on the outer surface of the primer layer, the release layer having a specific thickness and comprising as a main component a cured object obtained from a hydrolyzable fluorinated compound. A release coating film having excellent releasing properties can be stably and easily imparted to various bases, and the primer layer and the release layer can be formed even by room-temperature (25° C.) application.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer composition, which yields a coating having excellent adhesior to a substrate, good water- and oil-repellency, a low dynamic friction coefficient, good releasing property, good abrasion resistance and good stain resistance, and to provide a surface treatment agent comprising the same. The present inventors have found that a composition comprising a fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer having a fluorinated group and a hydrolyzable group at each terminal and a fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer having hydrolyzable groups at both terminals can form a coating which has excellent water- and oil-repellency, a low dynamic friction coefficient, good releasing property, good abrasion resistance, and good stain resistance.

Novel perfluoropolyether-modified silanes are improved in water/oil repellency, parting properties, chemical resistance, lubricity, durability, antifouling properties and fingerprint wipe-off. An antireflection filter is also provided comprising an inorganic antireflection layer including a surface layer in the form of a silicon dioxide-base inorganic layer, and an antifouling layer, preferably of the perfluoropolyether-modified silane, on the surface layer. The antifouling layer has a sliding angle of oleic acid of up to 5&#xb0;, a change of the sliding angle after solvent washing relative to the sliding angle before solvent washing being up to 10%.

A silicone composition for a release agent, which comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups bonded to a silicon atom and at least one fluorine-containing substituent bonded to a silicon atom, in one molecule, and having a fluorine content of from 20 to 40% by weight, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule, (C) a straight-chain perfluoropolyether anti-foaming agent, and (D) a platinum group metal catalyst.
