A suspension includes a housing, suspension links, a spring, and a stabilizer. The housing rotatably supports a rear wheel of a vehicle. The suspension links each have both ends swingably coupled to a vehicle body of the vehicle and the housing. The spring is disposed between the vehicle body and one of the suspension links or the housing. The stabilizer includes a stabilizer bar and a stabilizer link. A force application point where force generated by the spring is applied to the housing is disposed on a rear side of the vehicle with respect to a center of the rear wheel. The stabilizer link is coupled to the housing to allow a force application point where force generated by the stabilizer is applied to the housing to be disposed on the rear side of the vehicle with respect to the center of the rear wheel.

Suspension

A suspension includes a housing, links, a radius arm, and a radius arm bush. The radius arm bush is provided on a front end of the radius arm, couples the radius arm to a vehicle body, with an elastic body in between, and is disposed vehicle-widthwise inwardly of a wheel center contact point of the rear wheel. The radius arm bush has higher rigidity with respect to turn of the radius arm with respect to the vehicle body in a direction in which an underside of the radius arm is displaced vehicle-widthwise outwardly from an upside of the radius arm, than rigidity with respect to turn of the radius arm with respect to the vehicle body in a direction in which the underside of the radius arm is displaced vehicle-widthwise inwardly from the upside of the radius arm.

A suspension includes a coil spring, a shock absorber, a spring seat, and at least three strongly pressing parts. The coil spring elastically receives vertical movement of a wheel relative to a vehicle body. The shock absorber damps the vertical movement. The spring seat is provided in the shock absorber. The sprint seat supports an axial end of the coil spring. The coil spring is in direct or indirect contact with the spring seat over a predetermined distance from an end to a point of separation of the coil spring. The strongly pressing parts are provided in the spring seat. The strongly pressing parts apply contact pressures higher than contact pressure applied by other part, to the coil spring. The point of separation is disposed at a region that is between the strongly pressing parts and has the largest opening angle about an axial center of the shock absorber.

A suspension includes a housing, a radius arm, a radius arm bush, and a shock absorber. Inclination angles &#x3b8;1 and &#x3b8;2 satisfy &#x394;F&#xb7;tan &#x3b8;2&#x3e;M&#xb7;tan &#x3b8;1, in which: &#x3b8;1 is an inclination angle at which a straight line coupling the center of the radius arm bush to the center of a rear wheel is inclined to a horizontal line, to lower toward the rear wheel, viewed from a side of the vehicle in a steady state; &#x3b8;2 is an inclination angle at which an axis of expansion and shrink of the shock absorber is inclined to a vertical direction, to allow the shock absorber's upper end to more forward from the shock absorber's lower end; M is an unsprung mass of the suspension; and &#x394;F is an amount of increase in a vertical load on the rear wheel from the steady state during a shrinkwise stroke of the shock absorber.

A vehicular propeller shaft having a hollow shaft, a bellows section integrally connected with said hollow pipe and a universal joint, the bellows section comprises a small diameter section, a large diameter section whose diameter is larger than the small diameter section, a plurality of swelling sections partially, outwardly swelled, having an enlarged diameter and a trapezoid cross section, annularly shaped around the hollow pipe, and consecutively disposed between said small diameter section and said large diameter section and a valley section having a reduced diameter, annularly shaped and disposed between two adjacent swelling sections.
