Convenience of an ink bottle and a bottle set is improved. An ink bottle includes: a container portion that contains ink; a guiding portion that is formed in one end portion of the container portion, and includes an outflow port from which the ink in the container portion flow out; and a cover that covers at least an end portion of the container portion on the opposite side of the guiding portion.

A liquid container comprises a liquid supply port provided in a bottom wall, a first chamber configured to contain a liquid, a second chamber configured to contain the liquid and to include at least one sub-chamber having a smaller dimension in the X direction than that of the first chamber, a partition wall configured to part the first chamber from the second chamber, and a connecting hole configured to connect the first chamber with the second chamber. The second chamber is connected with the liquid supply port, and the first chamber is connected with the liquid supply port via the connecting hole and the second chamber. The liquid contained in the first chamber is flowed from the connecting hole into the second chamber and is subsequently introduced through the sub-chamber to the liquid supply port.

The bag includes a sealed portion on an outer periphery side relative to the liquid container, the sealed portion includes a one end portion-side sealed portion, and a first width, which is a width of the one end portion-side sealed portion in at least a surrounding region of the connection member, is larger than a second width, which is a width of the sealed portion at other ends of the bag.

There is provided a liquid container that comprises an upper wall and a bottom wall; a liquid supply port provided in the bottom wall; a first chamber provided on a +Z direction side that is an upper wall side; a second chamber provided on a &#x2212;Z direction side that is a bottom wall side; a partition wall configured to part the first chamber from the second chamber; and a connecting hole configured to connect the first chamber with the second chamber. An ink bottle comprises a container main body configured to contain ink that is to be supplied to an ink tank, an ink outlet forming portion provided on an end of the container main body and configured to include an ink outlet that causes the ink to be flowed out from the container main body, and a valve provided in the ink outlet forming portion and configured to seal the ink outlet in an openable and closable manner. The ink outlet is formed in an end face of the ink outlet forming portion. The end face is arranged to face an opposite side of the ink outlet forming portion that is opposite to a container main body side thereof. A first recess is formed in an outer side portion of the ink outlet on the end face to be recessed toward the container main body side.

A liquid storage container includes a liquid storage part, a liquid supply part, a liquid outflow part, and a cover. The liquid storage part stores a liquid. The liquid supply part has a liquid supply port defining an opening by which the liquid is supplied to a liquid jet apparatus from the liquid storage part. The liquid outflow part is made of a porous material. The liquid outflow part is disposed inside of the liquid supply port and allows the liquid to flow out to the liquid jet apparatus from the liquid storage part. The cover includes a sealing part contacting with the liquid supply part and sealing off the liquid supply port, the sealing part and the liquid outflow part defining a space therebetween, and a contact part made of a non-porous material, the contact part contacting with a part of the liquid outflow part.

A liquid container for supplying a liquid to a liquid consuming apparatus includes: a liquid containing section that contains the liquid; a liquid supply section that supplies the liquid to the liquid consuming apparatus; a liquid flow section that connects from the liquid containing section to the liquid supply section; a sensor that is provided in the liquid flow section and used for detecting presence or absence of the liquid at a corresponding position thereof; and a stirring member that stirs the liquid, the stirring member is provided at a position between the sensor and the liquid supply section in the liquid flow section.

A method of refilling liquid into a cartridge according to the present invention is a method of liquid refilling, through which liquid is refilled into a used cartridge () in a liquid jet apparatus, comprising: a film removing process, in which an injection hole film () adhered around an air discharge opening (), which communicates with the interior of the used cartridge (), to seal the air discharge opening () is removed in order to make the air discharge opening () open; a liquid injecting process, in which liquid is injected into the used cartridge () through the air discharge opening () that has been made open in the injection hole film piercing process; and an injection hole film rewelding process, in which the film is rewelded using a surface other than an originally welded surface as a rewelded surface in order to seal again the air discharge opening (), through which the liquid is injected in the liquid injecting process.

An ink cartridge for a printing apparatus providing ink to a print head through a tapered ink supply needle and removably attached to the print head. The ink cartridge comprises an ink chamber for containing ink, an ink supply port, a packing member and a valve device. The ink supply port supplies ink from the ink chamber to the print head of the printing apparatus, the ink supply port comprising an external opening. The packing member is provided in the ink supply port and forms an ink channel for allowing a flow of ink.
