A medical system includes a light source apparatus, an operating field monitor, and a system controller. The system controller includes a discriminating section and a control section configured to perform control to display, when an endoscopic image is displayed on the operating field monitor, a voice operation main screen for instructing operation of a controlled apparatuses and the endoscopic image on the operating field monitor and display, when the endoscopic image is not displayed on the operating field monitor, a voice operation screen for performing a check of operation states of the controlled apparatuses and an operation instruction of the controlled apparatuses on the operating field monitor.

Medical system

The objective of the present invention is to provide a scroll-type fluid machine for which the service life can be improved by reducing the load applied to a rotation prevention mechanism. To solve this problem, this scroll-type fluid machine is characterized by being equipped with a stationary scroll, an orbiting scroll that is provided opposing the stationary scroll and undergoes turning movement, a casing provided on the outside of the orbiting scroll, a drive shaft that drives and turns the orbiting scroll, a boss plate part that is provided separated from the orbiting scroll and is connected to the drive shaft, and multiple rotation prevention mechanisms provided between the boss plate part and the casing, and is characterized in that the boss plate part has multiple rotation-prevention-mechanism-side boss plate parts connected to the rotation prevention mechanisms, and a drive-shaft-side boss plate part connected to the drive shaft, and spaces are provided between the rotation-prevention-mechanism-side boss plate parts and the drive-shaft-side boss plate part.

A fluid machine includes a piston, a valve seat plate, a valve, and a valve retainer that reduces an opening amount of the valve. One end of the valve retainer is fixed with a fastener together with the valve to the valve seat plate. The fastener spans through the one end of the valve retainer and the valve to thereby fasten the one end of the valve retainer and the valve to the valve seat plate. A second end of the valve retainer that is opposite to the one end does not contact the valve seat plate.

A medical system that is capable of displaying a virtual image, comprising: a sensor comprising hardware, wherein the sensor implements: a first detection section that detects information related to at least one of a position and an orientation of an operator; a second detection section that detects a position of an object in a surgery room; and a processor comprising hardware, wherein the processor implements: a calculation section that calculates an area where the virtual image is to be arranged in the air based on the information; a determination section that determines whether or not the object is present in the area based on a result of the detection by the second detection section; and a control section that causes the virtual image to be arranged in the area based on a determination result by the determination section.

A scroll fluid machine includes: a casing; a fixed scroll having an end plate, a spiral wrap part provided on the end plate, and a flange provided outside the wrap part and fitted to the casing; and an orbiting scroll having an end plate and a spiral wrap part provided on the end plate with a plurality of compression chambers formed in a space up to the wrap part of the fixed scroll, which is provided to perform an orbiting motion, wherein the flange is provided with a deformation absorbing part which absorbs deformation due to thermal expansion of the end plate. The scroll fluid machine is improved in reliability while the compression efficiency is maintained by preventing the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll from coming into contact with each other without increasing a clearance between the wrap parts of both scrolls.

A scroll fluid machine is provided that includes: a fixed scroll; an orbiting scroll opposed to the fixed scroll, the orbiting scroll orbiting with a plurality of compression chambers formed between the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll; a drive shaft driving the orbiting scroll; and a backside plate provided between the drive shaft and the orbiting scroll, an alignment hole being provided in each of the orbiting scroll and the backside plate, and an alignment pin for alignment and a seal member for sealing the compression chambers being provided in the alignment holes.

A scroll fluid machine with ensured reliability of an oil seal and a bearing even in a compressor operation at high rpm and high load is provided, which includes: a fixed scroll; an orbiting scroll facing the fixed scroll and having a boss provided on a face opposite to the fixed scroll; a drive shaft having a leading end mounted to the boss; an orbiting bearing supporting the drive shaft in connection with the orbiting scroll; and a seal member placed between the boss and the drive shaft to seal against a lubricant supplied to the orbiting bearing. The seal member has an oil lip producing action of moving the lubricant toward the orbiting bearing by rotation of the drive shaft. A communication passage is provided in the oil lip for communication between a space between the orbiting bearing and the seal member and a space outside the boss.
