A carbonaceous feedstock gasification power generation facility, and a method for regulating a gas for drying gas this carbonaceous feedstock, are disclosed with which it is possible to expand the range of the types of carbonaceous feedstocks that can be used. High-temperature exhaust gas, low-temperature exhaust gas and extreme high-temperature exhaust gas are bled from the furnace respectively at a high-temperature bleed position, a low-temperature bleed position and an extreme high-temperature bleed position. When these exhaust gases are mixed, the flow volume of the extreme high-temperature exhaust gas supplied to at least one of the exhaust gases, that is, the high-temperature exhaust gas or the low-temperature exhaust gas, is adjusted such that the temperature of at least one of these exhaust gases, that is, the high-temperature exhaust gas or the low-temperature exhaust gas, reaches a prescribed temperature.

Carbonaceous feedstock gasification power generation facility, and method for regulating drying gas carbonaceous feedstock

Provided is an integrated coal gasification combined cycle equipped with: a gasifier that generates combustible gas from pulverized coal; a gas cooler; gas turbine equipment; an auxiliary fuel supply unit that supplies an auxiliary fuel to the gas turbine equipment; a heat recovery steam generator; steam turbine equipment; generators; and a circulation line unit that circulates cooling water. The heat recovery steam generator has a first medium-pressure coal economizer and a second medium-pressure coal economizer. When the combustible gas generated from the pulverized coal is burned, a serial heat exchange line is formed wherein cooling water passes through the first medium-pressure coal economizer, the second medium-pressure coal economizer, and the gas cooler. When the auxiliary fuel is burned, separate heat exchange lines are formed, wherein the cooling water separately passes through the first medium-pressure coal economizer and the second medium-pressure coal economizer.

Integrated gasification combined cycle and method for operating integrated gasification combined cycle

A dielectric resonator device including a circuit substrate with a top surface provided with transmission lines, and a bottom surface provided with a ground electrode; a dielectric substrate with opposite surfaces that are respectively provided with electrodes having circular openings so as to form a TE010-mode resonator; and an insulating layer disposed between the ground electrode of the circuit substrate and the electrodes of the TE010-mode resonator. The TE010-mode resonator is attached to the circuit substrate with an insulative adhesive. Accordingly, a current path remains unchanged even if the circuit substrate and the TE010-mode resonator are partially disengaged from each other, thereby achieving stable characteristics.

Dielectric resonator device, oscillator and transmitter-receiver apparatus

A high-frequency circuit device, a high-frequency module, and a communication apparatus, which prevent generation of an undesired wave to prevent electrical power loss and undesired coupling, are provided. The high-frequency circuit device includes a first slot line and a second slot line, which are provided at respective surfaces of a dielectric substrate, are formed with the same shape. An FET is provided on the first slot line. For preventing the mounting of the FET from causing a phase difference to occur between a high-frequency signal, which propagates along the first slot line, and a high-frequency signal, which propagates along the second slot line, a phase-adjusting stub is formed at a position of a stub at the second slot line. The phase is adjusted by changing the length of the stub.

High-frequency circuit device, high-frequency module, and communication apparatus

A dielectric resonator device includes a dielectric substrate. Electrode films are formed on the front and back surfaces of the dielectric substrate, respectively. A TE010-mode resonator is constituted by two circular openings which oppose each other and which are formed in the electrode films. Two opposing slots formed in the electrode films constitute a planar dielectric transmission line (PDTL). The PDTL is connected to the TE010-mode resonator. An excitation section is formed by extending two portions of each electrode film on two side of each slot into each opening.

Dielectric resonator device, high frequency filter, and high frequency oscillator

A high-frequency circuit device includes a dielectric substrate. A planar conductor is provided on each of top and bottom surfaces of the dielectric substrate and a slot line is formed on the top surface. Also, undesired-wave propagation preventing circuits, each including multistage band-elimination filters, are provided on the top surface of the dielectric substrate, with the slot line therebetween. Each of the band-elimination filters includes two conductive lines and a resonator which is provided at a portion of one of the conductive lines and which includes two spiral lines. Accordingly, propagation of an undesired wave of the band whose center is the resonance frequency of the resonator can be prevented.

High-frequency circuit device and transmitter/receiver

A voltage controlled oscillator includes a resonant circuit which is connected with an active circuit. In the resonant circuit, a variable capacitance diode is connected with a resonator via a transmission line, and a capacitive circuit is connected in parallel with the variable capacitance diode. By setting the length of the transmission line to an appropriate value ranging from, for example, about one quarter to about one half of the wavelength of the resonant frequency, the frequency change width can increase, while maintaining the frequency linearity because of connection of the capacitive circuit.

Voltage-controlled oscillator having a transmission line between a resonator and a variable capacitance diode, high-frequency module including the same, and communication apparatus including the same

A high-frequency circuit device includes a substrate and a high-frequency circuit. The high-frequency circuit is provided on the substrate and has a signal line. The signal line is configured with a slot line provided by electrodes that are arranged side-by-side with a space therebetween on the substrate. The slot line can facilitates circuit design compared to a microstrip line and has significantly low conduction loss compared to a coplanar line, and can improve the Q-value of the high frequency circuit. This can provide an improved high-frequency circuit device having small phase noise. The high-frequency circuit device, which also serves as an oscillator, employs a slot output and thus can provide an advantage of better continuity for a class-B push-pull amplifier that operates more efficiently than a class-A one.

High-frequency circuit device using slot line and communication apparatus having high frequency circuit device

A high-frequency oscillation circuit includes a resonance circuit and an active circuit. The active circuit includes a field-effect transistor and a capacitor. An impedance-conversion circuit including a high-impedance line, a capacitive stub, and a connecting line such as wire, is connected between the active circuit and the resonance circuit. Accordingly, the impedance-conversion circuit can convert the characteristic impedance of the resonance circuit so that the absolute value of the reflection coefficient of the active circuit increases. As a result, the oscillation conditions can be easily fulfilled.

High-frequency oscillation circuit, high-frequency module, and communication apparatus

A field-effect transistor device includes an active area on a semiconductor substrate and a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode are disposed on the surface of the active area, so as to define an FET portion. An electrode defining a line for connection to the gate, an electrode defining a line for connection to the source, and an electrode defining a line for connection to the drain are disposed on the semiconductor substrate. The electrodes define a slot line on the input side for supplying a signal to the FET portion, and a slot line on the output side from which a signal of the FET portion is output. The gate electrode has a shape which extends along the direction that approximately perpendicular to the conduction direction of the signal through the slot line on the input side.

Field-effect transistor device having a uniquely arranged gate electrode

A planar dielectric integrated circuit is provided such that energy conversion loss between a planar dielectric line and electronic components is small and that impedance matching between them can be easily obtained. A planar dielectric line is provided by causing two slots to oppose each other with a dielectric plate interposed in between, a slot line and line-conversion conductor patterns are provided in the end portions of the planar dielectric line, and an FET is disposed in such a manner as to be extended over the slot line.

A radio frequency module includes a multi-chip substrate divided into separate substrates. An antenna block, a duplexer block, a transmitter block, a receiver block, and an oscillator block are formed on the separate substrates. Connection resonators, which are connected to transmission lines, are formed at edges of the separate substrates. The connection resonators on adjacent ones of the separate substrates are arranged close to each other such that the two adjacent resonators are electromagnetically coupled to each other. Thus, the transmission lines on the separate substrates are interconnected, and a signal can be propagated among the blocks.

Radio frequency module, communication device, and radar device

Electrodes are formed on both surfaces of a dielectric plate. Openings are formed in the electrodes such that pairs of openings face each other through the dielectric plate. Each pair of electrode openings defines a resonator. The resonators positioned at the ends of the dielectric plate are directly coupled to a waveguide formed by a package base and a package cover.

Filter, multiplexer, and communication apparatus

Electrodes are formed on both top and bottom surfaces of a dielectric plate and grounded coplanar lines, as transmission lines, are formed on the top surface of the dielectric plate. A plurality of micro-strip lines, each composed of high-impedance lines and low-impedance lines alternately connected in series, is arranged at a pitch shorter than the wavelength of a wave traveling along the grounded coplanar lines. A spurious mode propagation blocking circuit thus constructed prevents a spurious mode wave, such as a parallel-plate mode, from traveling.

High-frequency circuit device and communication apparatus

An oscillation circuit is constructed by providing a line and a Gunn diode on a dielectric substrate, and an oscillation signal as the fundamental frequency signal of an oscillator is injected into the Gunn diode through a DC bias line. By disposing a dielectric stripline between upper and lower conductor plates, at NRD guide as an output transmission line is constructed, and the line and the NRD guide are coupled. The cutoff frequency of the NRD guide is determined so that the fundamental wave component of oscillation signal of the oscillation circuit is cut off and a harmonic is propagated.
