A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor; a stator having a core annularly arranged facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor, a coil wound around the core and having a coil end formed protruding from an end surface in the axial direction of the core, and an insulator formed on the end surface in the axial direction of the core and insulating the core and the coil; a bus bar arranged on the outer peripheral side of the coil end of the stator; and a terminal block installed on the outer peripheral side of the bus bar for introducing an electric current from an external power source to the stator, and the insulator has a groove portion in which the bus bar is held, and a terminal block housing portion in which the terminal block is held.

Rotating electrical machine

A rotating electric machine includes a rotor, a stator, and a case, wherein each of the sub stator cores has a first insulated bobbin, a stator iron core, a second insulated bobbin, and a coil, and the coil is disposed in teeth parts of the first insulated bobbin, the stator iron core, and the second insulated bobbin, all of which are stacked in layers, and the first insulated bobbin has three ring holding parts which are formed in a core back part and extend to a circumferential direction, and the bus rings are separately inserted into the ring holding parts formed in the first insulated bobbin, and the first insulated bobbin, the stator iron core, and the second insulated bobbin each has a convex part formed at one side face of the core back part and a concave part formed at the other side face of the core back part.

Rotating electric machine

In order to efficiently cool a stator and rotor of a rotating electrical machine, cooling oil is supplied by a pump in a pressurized state to a first reservoir portion provided in an upper portion inside a housing, and after the cooling oil is ejected from the first reservoir portion, the cooling oil is guided to a stator coil end cooling structure, and to a rotor bearing and rotor core cooling structure, using the weight of the cooling oil itself.

The rotary electric machine includes: a stator that includes: a stator core; and a stator coil; a ring member that accommodates the stator so as to hold the stator core in an internally fitted state; a housing case formed into a floored cylindrical shape with an opening at a first end portion, and that accommodates the ring member and the stator; and a cover mounted onto the first end portion of the housing case so as to cover the opening of the housing case, wherein a first end portion of each of the ring member and the housing case is fixed by fastening to the cover such that a fastening direction of each is oriented in an axial direction, and a second end portion of the ring member is fitted into and held by the housing case by means of an interfitting member.

A rotary electric machine of the present invention includes, inside a housing, a rotor and a stator that are concentric with each other. The stator has a plurality of coil portions in a circumferential direction. In the stator, a first flow channel and a second flow channel, through which cooling water flows, are provided along the plurality of coil portions, each of the channels having one end connected to a flow channel inlet and the other end connected to a flow channel outlet. The lengths of the first flow channel and the second flow channel are mutually different. A temperature detection element is provided in a coil portion on a high temperature side among the coil portions positioned along the first flow channel and the coil portions positioned along the second flow channel.

An electric rotating machine that can raise the utilization efficiency of cooling oil is obtained. In an rotation axle, there are provided an oil flow path having a predetermined length from an end of the rotation axle and a flow path hole that communicates with the oil flow path and has an opening toward the inside of the electric rotating machine; a supporting member includes a cylinder section and a disk section that partitions the cylinder section in the axis direction, and a discharging hole is provided at an end of the cylinder section; between the flow path hole and the discharging hole, there is provided a partition plate that encloses a space formed by the supporting member and the rotation axle and guides cooling oil traveling from the flow path hole to the inside of the electric rotating machine to the discharging hole.

Apparatus for cooling an electric rotating machine

Provided is an electric motor capable of cooling a stator without being increased in size with a small number of components and even with simple work. The electric motor includes ring-shaped sealing members () having flexibility and being arranged on an inner diameter side of a stator coil () so as to surround inner diameter portions of coil ends. Cooling oil flowing from an upper part of a housing into the housing flows downward through coil end oil paths () formed by the sealing members (), coil end covers (), and the coil ends.

A coolant flow path structure which cools a rotor is configured of a first coolant flow path forming a radial coolant flow path of the rotor and a second coolant flow path communicating with the first coolant flow path and forming an axial coolant flow path of the rotor, and a negative pressure structure, which brings an exist of the coolant flow path structure into a negative pressure as a result of a rotation of the rotor, is provided at the exit of the second coolant flow path.

It is an object of the present invention, to provide a rotor-holding structure of a rotating electrical machine for hybrid-vehicle, the structure being capable of ensuring a space is present between a stator and a rotor. A rotating electrical machine includes a stator and a rotor, the stator being fixed to a housing, and the rotor being disposed opposite to stator across a predetermined space, wherein the rotor has a rotor boss section, a rotor core, and a permanent magnet. The rotor boss section is rotatably attached to the housing through a bearing. The rotor core and the permanent magnet are attached to the rotor boss section. Multiple through-holes are provided at the respective corresponding locations of the housing and the rotor boss section. A supporting member is passed through each of the through-holes, thereby holding the rotor boss section.

Rotor-holding structure of rotating electrical machine for hybrid vehicle

Provided is an armature for a rotating electrical machine, which is capable of improving heat dissipation performance of an edgewise coil to enhance efficiency of the rotating electrical machine. The armature for a rotating electrical machine includes: a core including a yoke section and a tooth section that protrudes from the yoke section; an edgewise coil to be inserted onto the tooth section through intermediation of an insulating member, the edgewise coil being formed by winding a rectangular wire having a rectangular conductor cross-section through edgewise bending; and a heat transfer member filled into a gap between the tooth section and the edgewise coil. The armature has different gaps formed at two regions between the tooth section and a long side of the edgewise coil.

Armature of rotating electrical machine and method for manufacturing same

A rotary electric machine includes: a stator around which a coil is wound; a frame which fixes the stator; a rotor which faces the stator via a slight air gap; a shaft which is fixed to the rotor and is rotatably and removably supported via a bearing; and a bracket which supports the bearing inside a bearing box. The rotary electric machine includes: an insulating member which is mounted inside the bearing box of the bracket; a metal holder which is mounted inside the insulating member with a predetermined clearance with respect to an outer ring of the bearing, and supports the bearing; and a pressing body which is mounted between the side surface of the metal holder and the side surface of the outer ring of the bearing.

The objective is to prevent the flange of a ring member for holding the stator core from enlarging the diameter of a rotating electric machine and to eliminate a screwing space and a pedestal portion in the housing case so as to suppress the weight of the rotating electric machine from increasing; one end of the ring member for holding the stator core protrudes from the outer circumference of the stator core toward the rotation axle and the ring member is fixed to the cover or the housing case at the protruding portion.
