An outer cover body for electrical wires, which is formed by bending a resin sheet and to be attached to an outer periphery of an electrical wire, includes a plurality of wall parts extending along an extending direction of the electrical wire and forming an accommodating part for accommodating the electrical wire. At least one of the plurality of wall parts includes a wall surface overlapping part having an outer side wall surface having a first notch, and an inner side wall surface overlapping the outer side wall surface and having a second notch. A branch line through-hole is formed by overlapping the first notch and the second notch.

Outer cover body for electrical wires and outer-cover-body-attached wire harness

A wire exterior body and an exterior-covered wire harness, capable of preventing damage to thereby suppress deterioration in the protective function for electric wires, are provided. A wire exterior body () formed of a resin sheet, to be mounted on the outer periphery of the wire harness (), includes bending portions () to () at which the resin sheet is bent, and a plurality of wall parts () formed of the resin sheet bent at the bending portions () to (). The wall parts () extend along the extending direction of the electric wires and form an accommodating part () that accommodates the electric wires. A wire exterior body () to be mounted on the outer periphery of an electric wire (wire harness) (), the wire exterior body being formed of a resin sheet that is bent, includes a plurality of wall parts () extending along an extending direction of the electric wire and forming an accommodating part () that accommodates the electric wire. Among the plurality of the wall parts (), at least one wall part (upper lid wall part ()) has a through-hole (), penetrating in a thickness direction of the resin sheet, into which an attaching member () attachable to a vehicle body is inserted, and a groove (a lower surface groove () or an upper surface groove ()) in which a thickness of the resin sheet is reduced is formed on a part around the through-hole () on at least one surface of an upper surface () and a lower surface () facing the thickness direction.

An RFID tag which is provided with a coil-shaped antenna such that a conductor is placed on the periphery of a magnetic core, the RFID comprising: the magnetic core, an FPC wound on the periphery of the magnetic core, two or more linear conductor patterns formed in parallel with one another on the FPC, an IC that is connected to the linear conductor patterns and disposed on the FPC, a crossover pattern that electrically connects one end and the other end of outermost linear conductor patterns among the linear conductor patterns formed in parallel with one another, where in the two or more linear conductor patterns, adjacent linear conductor patterns in a joint portion in the wound FPC are electrically connected in respective start edges and end edges.

RFID tag and its manufacturing method

In an optical connector ferrule comprising an insertion opening through which one end of a coated optical fiber with the coating removed is inserted. A guide groove is provided for guiding the bare fiber of the optical fiber. A fiber hole is provided for inserting therein the bare fibers guided by the guide groove. An injection port is provided for injecting therein adhesive for securing the coated optical fiber to the ferrule. Guide surfaces are provided for guiding the bare fiber to the guide grooves at sides of the guide groove. In the similar optical connector ferrule, there is provided an enlarged portion extending forwardly from a leading edge of the injection port in a fiber inserting direction and reaching a filling space into which the adhesive is filled. Further, a ceiling surface of the enlarged portion is inclined downwardly forwardly from the injection port.

Ferrule for optical connector

Provided is an optical ferrule which permits physical contact of optical fibers. The optical ferrule is an injection molded product of a resin composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, 100 to 300 parts by mass of silica having a maximum grain size of 100 &mgr;m or smaller or 50 to 300 parts by mass of barium titanate.

Optical ferrule

An optical ferrule is a molding of a resin composition comprising a base resin, silica, and whisker, as essential components. The resin composition has a melt viscosity of 300 to 600 &lsqb;Pa&times;sec.&rsqb; when measured at a shear rate of 900 &lsqb;1/sec.&rsqb; at a temperature of 340&deg; C. by using a capillary having a diameter of 0.1 mm and a depth of 30 mm as defined by JIS-K-7199. Preferably, the base resin is a linear polyphenylene sulfide resin, and 250 to 300 parts by weight of silica and 10 to 70 parts by weight of whisker are blended with 100 parts by weight of the linear polyphenylene sulfide resin.
