The present invention relates to a rubber composition with an excellent grip force; a method of producing the rubber composition; a shoe sole, a shoe, and a tire each using the rubber composition; and a method of improving a frictional force of a rubber component. The present invention is concerned with [1] a rubber composition containing a rubber component (A), a lignin degradation product (B), and a specified amine compound (C); [2] a rubber composition composed of a blend of a rubber component (A), a lignin (B), and a specified amine compound (C); [3] a shoe sole using the aforementioned rubber composition; [4] a shoe having the aforementioned shoe sole; [5] a tire using the aforementioned rubber composition; [6] a method of producing a rubber composition, including blending a rubber component (A), a lignin (B), and a specified amine compound (C) and vulcanizing the blend; and [7] a method of improving a frictional force of a rubber component, including blending a rubber component (A), a lignin (B), and a specified amine compound (C).

Rubber composition

The present invention relates to [1] a rubber composition exhibiting excellent grip force, which contains (A) a rubber component, (B) a lignin degradation product having an aldehyde yield, according to an alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation method, of 12% by mass or more, and (C) an anti-aging agent; [2] a shoe sole using the rubber composition of the above [1]; and [3] a grip force improving agent for rubber compositions, containing (B) a lignin degradation product having an aldehyde yield, according to an alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation method, of 12% by mass or more, as an active ingredient.

Provided are an abrasion resistance improver for inorganic filler-containing rubber composition capable of giving high abrasion resistance to a rubber composition containing an inorganic filler, a rubber composition containing the abrasion resistance improver for rubber composition, a tire using the rubber composition, and a method for producing the abrasion resistance improver for rubber composition. The present invention are concerned with [1] an abrasion resistance improver for inorganic filler-containing rubber composition, including, as an active ingredient, lignin having an aldehyde yield rate by alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation of 12% by mass or more; [2] a rubber composition containing the abrasion resistance improver as set forth above in [1], a rubber, and an inorganic filler; [3] a tire using the rubber composition as set forth above in [2]; [4] a method for producing an abrasion resistance improver for inorganic filler-containing rubber composition, including, as an active ingredient, lignin having an aldehyde yield rate by alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation of 12% by mass or more, the method including steps (A-1) to (A-3); and [5] a method for producing an abrasion resistance improver for inorganic filler-containing rubber composition, including, as an active ingredient, lignin having an aldehyde yield rate by alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation of 12% by mass or more, the method including steps (B-1) and (B-2).
