An ophthalmologic imaging apparatus having an OCT optical system for acquiring OCT data of a tissue of a subject eye based on a spectral interference signal of measurement light emitted to the tissue and reference light. The apparatus further has a second optical system for acquiring a front image of the tissue; an optical element having asymmetry and arranged on a common optical path of the OCT optical system and the second optical system; and an arithmetic controller that associates an OCT data acquisition position with coordinates of the front image while taking at least a difference in distortion caused by the optical element between the OCT optical system and the second optical system into consideration.

Ophthalmologic imaging apparatus

An OCT apparatus includes an OCT optical system, a processor that processes a signal from the OCT optical system, and a light guiding optical system disposed on a measurement light path of the OCT optical system. The light guiding optical system forms a pivot point, at which a measurement light turns based on motion of an optical scanner deflecting the measurement light, in an anterior portion of a subject eye, and guides the measurement light passed through the pivot point to a fundus. The OCT optical system includes a compensation unit that compensates for an amount of change in a light path length of the measurement light path between a state in which an angle-of-view switching optical system is inserted and a state in which the angle-of-view switching optical system is retracted.

OCT apparatus

A fundus photography device includes: a fundus illumination optical system that illuminates a fundus of an eye by illumination light; a fundus photography optical system; an OCT optical system; an anterior chamber observation optical system for observing an anterior chamber observation image of the eye illuminated by the anterior chamber illumination light source; a first wavelength separation member that sets a first optical axis commonly shared by the fundus illumination optical system and the fundus photography optical system to be coaxial with a second optical axis commonly shared by the OCT optical system and an anterior chamber observation optical system; and a second wavelength separation member that forms the second optical axis by setting an optical axis of the OCT optical system to be coaxial with an optical axis of the anterior chamber observation optical system.

Fundus photography device

An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus includes a light interference optical unit, an irradiation unit, a luminance transition information detecting unit, a focused state detecting unit, and a guide unit. The light interference optical unit is configured to acquire a depth profile of a patient's eye tissue. The luminance transition information detecting unit is configured to control a first focus position adjusting unit to shift a focus position of a measurement light to acquire a depth profile in each focus position. The focused state detecting unit is configured to detect a focused state in the patient's eye tissue based on luminance transition information acquired by the luminance transition information detecting unit. The guide unit is configured to guide a focus position of a laser beam to be adjusted based on a result of detection of the focused state detecting unit.

Ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus

An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus comprises: a laser source that emits a laser beam for treatment of an affected part of a patient's eye; an optical fiber that transmits the laser beam emitted from the laser source; and a delivery optical system that irradiates the laser beam emitted from the optical fiber to the affected part of the patient's eye, the delivery optical system including: a plurality of diffraction optical elements each being configured to shape a beam profile of the laser beam at an emission end face of the optical fiber into a beam profile having one of a uniform intensity and a lower intensity in the center than on the periphery on the affected part and also to shape the laser beam to have a different spot size on the affected part of the patient's eye; and a changing unit which selectively disposing one of the diffraction optical elements on an optical path.
