The present invention is an electroconductive laminate characterized in that the hard coat layer is formed from a hard coating composition which contains (A) a phenolic novolac acrylate having two or more acrylate groups, (B) a bisphenol structure-containing diacrylate having 2 to 4 moles of alkylene oxide structure with two or three carbon atoms in each molecule, (C) a polyfunctional acrylate having three or more acrylate groups, and (D) a polyfunctional urethane acrylate having three or more acrylate groups and an ester structure.

Electroconductive laminate and touch panel using thereof

Provided is a transparent electroconductive laminate which can prevent the occurrence of Newton rings between two transparent electrode substrates constituting a transparent touch panel. Also provided is a transparent touch panel which comprises the transparent electroconductive laminate. A transparent electroconductive laminate () comprises a transparent organic polymer substrate (), and comprises an uneven-surfaced hardened resin layer () and a transparent electroconductive layer () which are successively laminated on at least one side of the transparent organic polymer substrate. The transparent electroconductive laminate is characterized in that the hardened resin layer comprises a hardening resin component and at least one of ultrafine metal oxide particles (A) and ultrafine metal fluoride particles (B), these particles having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less and being dispersed in the hardening resin component. The contents of the ultrafine particles (A) and (B) in the hardened resin layer are each 1 part by mass or more to less than 20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the hardening resin component. The ratio by mass (A/B) of the ultrafine particles (A) to the ultrafine particles (B) is greater than 0.3. A transparent touch panel () comprises the aforesaid transparent electroconductive laminate ().

Transparent electroconductive laminate and transparent touch panel using the same

To provide a hard coating composition which forms a hard coat layer that has high visibility and good hardness, while having stretchability. To provide a technique which is capable of effectively preventing blocking phenomenon in a layered product such as a resin film without adversely affecting the visibility. The present invention provides a hard coating composition which contains (A) a phenolic novolac acrylate that has two or more acrylate groups and (B) an aromatic group-containing mono or poly(meth)acrylate compound that contains 1-2 mol of an alkylene oxide structure having two or three carbon atoms in each molecule. This hard coating composition contains 60-85 parts by mass of the phenolic novolac acrylate (A) and 15-30 parts by mass of the (meth)acrylate (B) per 100 parts by mass of the resin component contained in the hard coating composition.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transparent electroconductive laminate having extremely high visibility. Disclosed is a transparent electroconductive laminate which achieves the required transparency or haze characteristic while having a desirable slipperiness in terms of handleability. Further disclosed is a transparent touch panel having said transparent electroconductive laminate. The transparent laminate () has a transparent organic polymer substrate (), a transparent electroconductive layer () on one face of the transparent organic polymer substrate, and a cured resin layer () with a concavo-convex surface on the other face of the transparent organic polymer substrate, and the transparent touch panel has said transparent electroconductive laminate.
