It is intended to provide a kneading extruder which makes it possible to prevent breakage due to resonance regardless of the rotating speed of kneading screws. The kneading extruder comprises a driving motor, kneading screws for kneading a material, each of the kneading screws having a screw shaft, a motive power transmitting path including a first speed regulator for varying a rotating speed produced by motive power output from the driving motor, the motive power transmitting path serving to transmit the motive power which produces a rotating speed varied by the first speed regulator to the screw shafts of the kneading screws, and a resonance suppressor for suppressing torsional resonance of the kneading screws caused by fluctuations in load exerted on the kneading screws, the resonance suppressor serving to reduce a resonance response factor which is the ratio of an output amplitude of the kneading screw amplified by resonance response to an input amplitude of the kneading screw caused by the fluctuations in load to suppress the torsional resonance.

Kneading extruder having a speed regulator and resonance suppressor

A deposit removing device capable of efficiently removing deposit on a plate-like member such as a metal plate or resin plate by reducing a spacing distance between the plate-like member and an injection nozzle, and also capable of coping with the removal of deposit on the plate-like member rolled or conveyed at a high speed. This deposit removing device removes the deposit adhered to the plate-like member (T) by jetting compressed air from at least one jetting hole () of a nozzle body () in which the at least one jetting hole () is formed. This device is configured so that the nozzle body () is supported so as to be movable in a direction (W) substantially perpendicular to the surfaces (Tand T) of the plate-like member (T).

Deposit removing device

A tire testing machine according to the present invention, which can measure both uniformity and dynamic balance of a tire T, comprises a spindle for driving the tire T to rotate about a vertical axis, a spindle housing which supports the spindle rotatably, and a rotating drum rotatable about an axis parallel to an axis of the spindle and movable toward and away from the tire T. The spindle housing is fixed to a base through a piezoelectric sensor so that it can bear a pressing force provided from the rotating drum. The piezoelectric sensor is disposed within a plane including the axis of the spindle and perpendicular to the pressing force. With this structure, dynamic balance of the tire can be measured accurately and easily.

Tire testing machine and tire testing method

To provide a kneading screw which can reduce such a phenomenon that a disproportional load is imposed onto a shaft of the kneading screw without degrading kneading performance of the kneading screw, a twin screw extruder with the kneading screw, and a method for assembling the kneading screw. In the kneading screw, each of the kneading rotor segments has at least one of a spiral kneading blade or a kneading blade extending in parallel with the axial direction, and is incorporated in the kneading screw such that top blade portions of the kneading blades at the adjacent ends of the kneading rotor segments adjacent to each other in the axial direction of the kneading screw are shifted in phase to each other, and such that the top blade portions of the kneading blades at the respective central positions in the axial direction of the adjacent kneading rotor segments are shifted larger in phase than the case where the top blade portions of the adjacent ends of the adjacent kneading rotor segments are equal in phase to each other.

Kneading screw, twin screw extruder, and method for assembling kneading screw

Provided is a kneading degree adjusting apparatus, which can have a wide adjusting range for a kneading degree even if a gate member and a cylindrical segment are not made so close as to invite a fear of metallic contacts. The kneading degree adjusting apparatus is disposed in a kneading treatment equipment, which includes a cylindrical segment formed at a predetermined portion and a kneading screw for kneading a material while feeding the same to the downstream side, thereby to adjust the kneading degree of the material. The kneading degree adjusting apparatus comprises a gate member having an opposed face confronting the outer circumference of the cylindrical segment and moved toward and away from the outer circumference of the cylindrical segment thereby to change the area of the material passage to be formed between the opposed face and the outer circumference of the cylindrical segment. The outer circumference and the opposed face are corrugated to form the passage into a bent shape.

Kneading degree adjusting apparatus, extruder and continuous kneader

In an extruder or a kneader, load (torque T) values on an input shaft portion of a screw shaft are detected by a load detector installed on the input shaft portion, then an overload condition is determined from a load mean value (T) and a load amplitude value (T) of the detected load values, and the issuance of an 'abnormal' alarm and/or the stop of rotation of the screw shaft are (is) performed when an overload duration time (t) of maintaining the overload condition exceeds a set time (t). In this way the screw shaft is protected from fatigue fracture caused by application thereto of such a load as does not exceed a designed mechanical strength but causes fatigue fracture.

The present invention provides a master tire for inspecting the accuracy of a tire tester easily and securely. A master tireaccording to the present invention is equipped with an upper-lower rim member, a cylindrical memberequivalent to the tread portion of a tire, and leaf springsecured to the cylindrical memberand the rim memberwith boltsand bolts. A spindleis secured to the rim memberso that the center axis thereof is not displaced. The rim memberis vertical to or slightly inclined with respect to the spindle. The cylindrical memberis made of a metallic material, such as iron or aluminum, or a hard plastic having stable characteristics.

An underwater cutting pelletizer is disclosed wherein a water chamber is circular in plan, an inlet portion is formed on one side in a diametrical direction of the water chamber to introduce cooling water into the water chamber, and an outlet portion is formed on the other side in the diametrical direction of the water chamber to discharge the cooling water from the interior of the water chamber to the exterior, the inlet portion being in a divergent shape in an inflow direction of cooling water. The retention time of pellets in the interior of the water chamber can be made as short as possible.
