A diode such as a cell string bypass diode or a reverse-current preventive diode exhibiting excellent heat dissipativity and preferably sealed integrally in a solar cell module. An N terminal () consists thickness part of 0.8 mm or above, i.e. an N substrate part (), one thin part, i.e. an N thin part (), and a P connecting wire receiving part (). In a state where a diode chip () is connected, the thicknesses of the entire lead terminals are substantially the same, the total value of the plane area of the N substrate part and the P substrate part is 200 (mm)or above, and the diode with a lead terminal is sealed together with the solar cell between the front surface material and the rear surface material for sealing the solar cell.

A device for supplying/discharging PS plates in an inclined-type step and repeat machine having a rearwardly inclined exposing table which includes a supplying holder disposed on a side of the exposing table for supplying the PS plate thereto, the holder having a surface thereof rearwardly inclined at the same angle with respect to the horizontal as that of a surface of the exposing table, a pair of endless chains respectivley disposed along both side edges of the holder and adapted to move up and down longitudinally of the holder in synchronism with each other, metal support supported by the chains at both ends thereof, support bars also supported by the chains at respective both ends thereof via metal pieces the chains being driven to move up while carrying the PS plate which is being held by the metal support and support bars, and a guide provided on the top of the supplying holder and bent backwardly for guiding upward the plate being discharged.

Device for automatically supplying/discharging photosensitive material

Disclosed is a method of printing through a contact exposure in a step-and-repeat machine which is constituted by a photosensitive material holder for supporting a photosensitive material, an original film holder having a transparent base plate for fixedly holding an original film and having a holder frame defining a first chamber between the photosensitive material holder and the base plate, first suction means for holding the original film on the base plate, second suction means for evacuating air within the first chamber, and a light source disposed behind the original film for exposing the photosensitive material through the original film. The method comprises the steps of: actuating the first suction means to mount the original film fixedly on the base plate of the original holder by means of suction: positioning the original holder at a desired position on the photosensitive material; actuating the second suction means to evacuate air within the first chamber; decreasing the suction applied from the first suction means so as to effect the higher negative pressure within the first chamber than that applied by the first suction means, by which the original film contacts with the photosensitive material; and exposing the photosensitive material through the original film.

In an original film discharge mechanism in an inclined-type step and repeat machine that includes a photosensitive material holder having a rearwardly inclined surface for holding thereon a photosensitive material and an original film holder movable along the surface of the material holder, which mechanism includes a discharge part having a surface rearwardly inclined at substantially the same angle as that of the surface of the material holder with respect to the horizontal for receiving thereon the original film discharged from the film holder, and a supporting member for supporting the original film removed from the film holder, the improvement includes suctions provided on the surface of the discharge part for suction-holding the original film being discharged onto the part from the film holder, the suctions being positioned upward of and remote from the supporting member along the surface of the discharge part at a distance larger than longitudinal size of the original film; the film holder and suctions being adapted for relative movement away from each other while the latter suction-holding the film to thereby release the film from the film holder; and whereby the original film so released is permitted to be supported at a lower end thereof by the supporting member after the suctions stops so suction-holding.
