A steering apparatus includes a first CAN communication line provided between a steering input mechanism and a steering mechanism controller and configured to output a first steering operation amount signal output from a first steering operation amount signal output portion to the steering mechanism controller, and a communication line provided between the steering input mechanism and the steering mechanism controller and configured to output a second steering operation amount signal to the steering mechanism controller without intervention of a first microprocessor.

Steering apparatus

A heater-integrated fuse is provided at a neutral point of a stator coil, and when a short-circuit failure of an inverter is detected, a fuse part of the heater-integrated fuse is cut by heating.

Motor drive device

A spring steel-made clip () has an arc-shaped first inserting part forcing portion () and an arc-shaped second inserting part forcing portion () facing the first inserting part forcing portion (), a first axial direction connecting portion () connecting one ends of the inserting part forcing portions () and a second axial direction connecting portion () connecting the other ends of the inserting part forcing portions (). The axial direction connecting portions () have connecting end position stoppers () protruding from their inner edge portions () toward an opening (). The connecting end position stoppers () elastically contact position stopper contact portions () of tubes (A,B), then a relative movement of the tubes (A,B) in a direction in which connecting end contact surfaces () separate from each other is stopped.

Power steering device

A steering device includes an electric actuator that applies a steering force to one end side of a steering shaft. The other end side of the steering shaft is provided with a displacement detection part for detecting the movement amount of the steering shaft. Either a detection target or a displacement detection sensor is provided on the steering shaft and the other is provided in a housing so as to output a signal according to a relative position change amount of the detection target with respect to the displacement detection sensor in the direction of the first axis. A first restriction mechanism restricts the relative movement of the detection target and the displacement detection sensor in a radial direction regarding the first axis to limit the change in the relative position in the radial direction of the detection target and the displacement detection sensor.

Steering device

Provided is a torque sensor and an electric power steering system, which are capable of suppressing a detection property fluctuation between two magnetic sensors. A retaining portion is disposed at first and second magnetism collecting members in such a position as to be magnetically symmetrical with respect to first and second magnetic sensors.

Torque sensor and electric power steering system

A motor control device includes a first inverter selector configured to output first PWM signals selectively or simultaneously to a first inverter unit and a second inverter unit, and a first microcomputer configured to output the first PWM signals and a first selection signal to the first inverter selector, and the first selection signal contains information on whether the first PWM signals are to be output to the first inverter unit and whether the first PWM signals are to be output to the second inverter unit.

Motor control device

A brushless motor includes: a motor rotor; a stator coil section which has a plurality of energization phases, which includes a first stator coil and a second stator coil that are provided to each phase, and which is arranged to generate a magnetic field, and thereby rotate the motor rotor; and a connection switching section configured to switch a connection of the first stator coil and the second stator coil from a serial connection to a parallel connection, or from the parallel connection to the serial connection.

Brushless motor

A torque sensor is configured to detect torque even when an abnormality has occurred in one magnetic sensor among multiple magnetic sensors. An electric power steering apparatus using the torque sensor is provided. The torque sensor includes a first magnetic sensor between a first magnetic collection mechanism and a second magnetic collection mechanism, a second magnetic sensor between the first and second magnetic collection mechanisms and disposed at a same position as or a symmetric position to a magnetic environment of the first magnetic sensor, and a third magnetic sensor between the first and second magnetic collection mechanisms and disposed at a same position as or a symmetric position to the magnetic environments of the first and second magnetic sensors. The torque sensor detects torque generated on a rotational member based on an output signal of the first, second, or third magnetic sensor.

Torque sensor and electric power steering apparatus

An object of the present invention is to provide a connector that restricts a movement amount in a direction of detachment between connectors even when an engagement mechanism between the connectors is disengaged. A connector is configured to be used to electrically connect a first electronic device and a second electronic device to each other. This connector includes a fixation-side connector provided on a first electronic device side and including a tubularly formed insertion portion, an electric wire-side connector connected to the second electronic device via an electric wire and configured to be inserted in the insertion portion of the fixation-side connector, and a restriction portion provided on an opposite side of the electric wire-side connector from an insertion direction that is a direction in which the electric wire-side connector is inserted into the insertion portion outside the fixation-side connector and the electric wire-side connector. The restriction portion is configured to restrict a movement of the electric wire-side connector from the insertion portion in a direction causing the electric wire-side connector to be detached therefrom.

Connector

A power steering apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a steering mechanism having a steering shaft and a rack bar which steers steer steerable wheels by a movement in an axial direction of the rack bar in association with a rotation of steering shaft; an electrically driven motor having a stator, a rotor, and a drive shaft integrally rotated with the rotor; a worm gear transmitting the rotation of the drive shaft to the steering mechanism; a housing member having a reduction gear housing section, a rack bar housing section, and a motor ECU housing section in which the electrically driven motor and the control circuit are housed; and a moisture detection sensor having a moisture detection section disposed within the reduction gear housing section and a transmission section connected with the control circuit passing through an inner part of the motor ECU housing from the moisture detection section.

Provided is a torque sensor that allows a surface-mount magnetic sensor to be disposed between magnetic collection rings adjacent to each other in a radial direction with respect to a rotational axis. A torque sensor includes a rotational member including a first shaft and a second shaft connected to each other via a torsion bar, a first magnetic collection mechanism and a second magnetic collection mechanism each formed into a circular-arc shape along a direction around a rotational axis of the rotational member with use of a magnetic material and disposed so as to face each other in a radial direction of the rotational member, a surface-mount first magnetic sensor and second magnetic sensor inserted between the first magnetic collection mechanism and the second magnetic collection mechanism and each including a Hall element configured to detect a change in a magnetic field between the first magnetic collection mechanism and the second magnetic collection mechanism, and a sensor substrate on which the first magnetic sensor and the second magnetic sensor are mounted. The torque sensor detects a torque generated on the rotational member based on an output signal of the first magnetic sensor or the second magnetic sensor.

Provided is a water detection system and an electric power steering apparatus capable of preventing or reducing complication of an apparatus with respect to a water detection system including a water detection element and a determination circuit positioned separately from each other. The water detection system includes a transmission-side unit provided in an apparatus mounted on a vehicle of the electric power steering apparatus and including a water detection element, and a reception-side unit spaced apart from the transmission-side unit and including a determination circuit. The transmission-side unit wirelessly transmits an output signal of the water detection element, and the reception-side unit receives the output signal wirelessly transmitted from the transmission-side unit.

An object of the present invention is to provide a rotational angle detection apparatus and a power steering apparatus capable of detecting a rotational angle of a rotational shaft eve when a failure has occurred in a magnetic detection portion. One aspect of the present invention is a rotational angle detection apparatus including a first magnetic detection portion provided on a rotational axis and configured to detect a change in a magnitude or a direction of a magnetic field, and a second magnetic detection portion provided on the rotational axis and disposed at a position offset from the first magnetic detection portion in a direction along the rotational axis. The second magnetic detection portion is configured to detect the change in the magnitude or the direction of the magnetic field. The rotational angle detection apparatus further includes a magnet provided on an outer side in a radial direction of the rotational axis with respect to the first magnetic detection portion and the second magnetic detection portion and disposed in such a manner that an N-pole and an S-pole face each other around the rotational axis. The magnet is provided rotatably relative to the first magnetic detection portion and the second magnetic detection portion. The rotational angle detection apparatus is configured to detect a rotational angle of the magnet relative to the first magnetic detection portion and the second magnetic detection portion based on signals output from the first magnetic detection portion and the second magnetic detection portion.

Rotational angle detection apparatus and power steering apparatus

Provided are both a grease composition for an electric power steering device and an electric power steering device. The grease composition can keep a sufficiently low coefficient of friction in a sliding area between a steel and a resin over a long period, is less susceptible to being removed from the sliding area, does not cause break down of an oil film, and thus can minimize the occurrence of stick-slips.
