Provided is a novel container sterilization method in which no liquid agent is used. A container sterilization method is a method of performing sterilization by supplying a sterilization component to a container that is continuously conveyed along a predetermined conveyance path, the container sterilization method including supplying a humid ozone gas to a sterilization area, the humid ozone gas being an ozone gas that has humidity, the sterilization area being partitioned by a sterilization chamber that contains the conveyance path. The humidity of the humid ozone gas to be supplied to the sterilization region is regulated, depending on a temperature of the containers to be conveyed to the sterilization region.

Container sterilization method and container sterilization system

Provided is a novel container sterilization method in which no liquid agent is used. A container sterilization method is a method of performing sterilization by supplying a sterilization component to a container that is continuously conveyed along a predetermined conveyance path, the container sterilization method including supplying a humid ozone gas to a sterilization area, the humid ozone gas being an ozone gas that has humidity, the sterilization area being partitioned by a sterilization chamber that contains the conveyance path. It is preferable that the humid ozone gas to be supplied to the sterilization area have a higher temperature than the container to be conveyed to the sterilization area and the sterilization chamber have a higher temperature than the container to be conveyed to the sterilization area.

A cleaning device () according to the present invention is constituted by including in a cleaning nozzle member () provided inside a cleaning tank (): a large pipe diameter part () that supplies a cleaning fluid () pressure-fed from a retention tank (); a small pipe diameter part () that increases the speed of a flow rate for the cleaning fluid () flowing in the large pipe diameter part; a conical pipe diameter part () that generates a fluid that includes minute bubbles by cavitation; and a guide pipe diameter part () for accommodating an object () to be cleaned. The cleaning fluid () is ejected to the entirety of the object ().

Cleaning device

Provided are a washing device and a washing method that can remove burnt body fluid adhered to a medical instrument. The washing device can remove the burned component which adhered to a tip end portion of a surgical instrument by applying a physical force caused by the pressure of cleaning agent-dissolved water ejected from a cleaning nozzle member in addition to a chemical force caused by a cleaning agent contained in the cleaning agent-dissolved water.

Washing device and washing method
