A mammography apparatus includes an imaging table; a radiation source; a stand; the compression plate including a bottom plate that compresses the breast and side plates provided on at least two locations of a subject side and a stand side of the bottom plate; and a projector that projects an image toward the compression plate and the imaging table, in which in a case where an intersection between an imaginary plane formed by extending the inner wall surface toward the projector and an imaginary horizontal line crossing the projector in a horizontal direction is defined as an imaginary intersection, an optical element closest to the compression plate on an optical path directed from the projector to the compression plate is located on the subject side with respect to the imaginary intersection.

Mammography apparatus

A mammography apparatus includes: an imaging table; a radiation source; a compression plate that compresses the breast and is movable between the radiation source and the imaging table; a projector that includes a display displaying an image including first information projected onto a first surface facing the radiation source on the imaging table and second information projected onto a second surface facing the radiation source on the compression plate, and a projection optical system, in which a focus of the projection optical system is adjusted in accordance with a projection distance to the first surface; and a processor that is configured to control the display and change at least one of a display size or a display position of the second information in the image on an image display surface of the display in accordance with movement of the compression plate having the second surface independently of the first information.

A control device including: at least one processor, wherein the processor is configured to acquire inclination information indicating an inclination of an imaging surface of an imaging table in a mammography apparatus that irradiates a breast in a compressed state between the imaging surface of the imaging table and a compression member with radiation from a radiation source to capture a radiographic image and perform control to adjust information, which is displayed on a projection surface of the compression member by projection of a projection image by an image projection unit, according to the inclination indicated by the inclination information.

Control device and control program

An electronic cassette has a configuration in which a first sensor panel and a second sensor panel are sequentially arranged in a thickness direction. The first sensor panel includes a first light detection substrate and a first scintillator. The periphery of the first scintillator is covered by a moisture-proof sealing layer. The sealing layer is made of a conductive material. The sealing layer is connected to the inner surface of a housing made of a conductive material through a connection portion. Therefore, the sealing layer has the same potential as the ground potential of the housing which is a reference potential and functions as a conductor layer.

Radiographic image detection device

In the radiographic imaging device, a portion of a second effective imaging region at a first side or a second side of a sensor unit of a second radiation detection panel, and a portion of a first effective imaging region at a third side or a fourth side of the sensor unit of a first radiation detection panel, are overlapped in a radiation irradiating direction. A portion of a second effective imaging region at the third side or the fourth side of the sensor unit of the second radiation detection panel, and a portion of a third effective imaging region at the third side or the fourth side of the sensor unit of the third radiation detection panel, are overlapped in the radiation irradiating direction. The second radiation detection panel is disposed at a side opposite the radiation irradiating section side of the first radiation detection panel and the third radiation detection panel.

Radiographic imaging device

The X-ray imaging system includes an X-ray source, a console, an X-ray controller for controlling an operation of the X-ray source according to X-ray control parameters set by the console, and an X-ray detector for detecting X-ray radiated from the X-ray source and transmitted through a subject and thereby outputting an image signal of an X-ray image of the subject. The console includes an input unit for entering the X-ray control parameters, which are information for controlling the operations of the X-ray source and a controller for holding setting range information representing an allowable range of values of the X-ray control parameters and making a judgment as to whether values of the entered X-ray control parameters are settable values according to the setting range information and informing an user of the console of the judgment.
