Provided is an adsorption temporary fixing sheet having a sufficient shear adhesive strength in a direction parallel to its surface, and having a weak adhesive strength in a direction vertical to the surface. Also provided is a method of producing such adsorption temporary fixing sheet. The adsorption temporary fixing sheet includes a foam layer including an open-cell structure, wherein, when a silicon chip vertical adhesive strength of a surface of the foam layer after 20 hours at each of such different temperatures as &#x2212;40&#xb0; C., 23&#xb0; C., or 125&#xb0; C. is represented by V1 (N/1 cm&#x25a1;), V2 (N/1 cm&#x25a1;), or V3 (N/1 cm&#x25a1;) and when a silicon chip shearing adhesive strength of the surface of the foam layer after 20 hours at each of the different temperatures (&#x2212;40&#xb0; C., 23&#xb0; C., or 125&#xb0; C.) is represented by H1 (N/1 cm&#x25a1;), H2 (N/1 cm&#x25a1;), or H3 (N/1 cm&#x25a1;), relationships of V1&#x3c;H1, V2&#x3c;H2, and V3&#x3c;H3 are satisfied.

Adsorptive temporary fixing sheet and method for manufacturing same

An adsorption temporary fixing material comprises an adsorption temporary fixing sheet including a foam layer having an open-cell structure, wherein the adsorption temporary fixing material includes the foam layer in the entirety of the sheet or on at least one surface thereof, wherein a shear adhesive strength of a surface of the foam layer with a SUS304BA plate at 23&#xb0; C. is 1 N/100 mmor more at a tensile rate of 50 mm/min, wherein a peel strength of the surface of the foam layer from the SUS304BA plate at 23&#xb0; C. is 1 N/20 mm or less at a peel angle of 180&#xb0; and a tensile rate of 300 mm/min, and wherein a weight change ratio after the adsorption temporary fixing sheet has been immersed in distilled water for 1 minute and then water droplets have been wiped off the surface thereof is 50% or less.

Suction chucking temporary fixing member

Provided is a silicone foam sheet that expresses excellent bubble removability, that has satisfactory adhesiveness with an adherend and satisfactory sealability, that maintains the expression of these effects even when its thickness is reduced, that preferably expresses a stable modulus of elasticity over a region from a low-temperature region to a high-temperature region, and that suppresses both of its compression set in the low-temperature region and its compression set in the high-temperature region to low levels. Also provided is a method of producing such silicone foam sheet. The silicone foam sheet comprises an open-cell structure having a thickness of from 10 &#x3bc;m to 3,000 &#x3bc;m, wherein an open-cell ratio is 90% or more, an average cell diameter of the silicone foam sheet is from 1 &#x3bc;m to 50 &#x3bc;m, and 90% or more of all cells therein each has a cell diameter of 80 &#x3bc;m or less.

Silicone foam sheet and method of producing the same

There is provided a foamed sheet which takes only a short time to recover the thickness thereof after being compressed, and even if being subjected to repeated impacts, hardly decreases in the impact absorption. The foamed sheet according to the present invention comprises a foamed body formed of a resin composition comprising: a thermoplastic resin a and a silicone-based compound b having not more than 2,000 siloxane bonds; and/or a thermoplastic resin a' having a silicone chain having not more than 2,000 siloxane bonds. The thermoplastic resin a is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of acrylic polymers, rubbers, urethanic polymers and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. The silicone-based compound b is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of silicone oils, modified silicone oils and silicone resins.

Foamed sheet

A foamed sheet according to the present invention has a thickness of 30 to 500 &#x3bc;m and includes a foam. The foam has a density of 0.2 to 0.7 g/cm, an average cell diameter of 10 to 150 &#x3bc;m, and a peak top of loss tangent (tan &#x3b4;) occurring in a temperature range of from &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. to 30&#xb0; C., where the loss tangent is defined as the ratio of a loss modulus to a storage modulus determined at an angular frequency of 1 rad/s in dynamic viscoelastic measurement of the foam. The foam preferably has a maximum of the loss tangent (tan &#x3b4;) in the temperature range of from &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. to 30&#xb0; C. of 0.2 or more.

There is provided a flame-resistant composite member exhibiting remarkably high flame resistance even if having a flammable base material. The flame-resistant composite member according to the present invention has a film formed of a silicone resin composition (C) containing at least an inorganic oxide particle-containing condensation-reactive silicone resin on at least one surface of a base material. The inorganic oxide particle-containing condensation-reactive silicone resin may be a condensation-reactive silicone resin (A) including a crosslinked structural body wherein an inorganic oxide particle dispersed in a polysiloxane resin having a condensation-reactive group and the polysiloxane resin are crosslinked through a chemical bond. The silicone resin composition (C) may contain the condensation-reactive silicone resin (A) and an inorganic particle (B).

Flame-resistant composite member

The flame-retardant silicone resin composition of the present invention comprises: an inorganic oxide particle-containing condensation-reactive silicone resin (A) comprising a crosslinking structure in which inorganic oxide particles dispersed in a polysiloxane resin having a condensation-reactive group are crosslinked with the polysiloxane resin by chemical bonds; and inorganic particles (B). The inorganic oxide particles are preferably at least one type of inorganic oxide particles selected from the group consisting of silica, alumina, glass frit, and antimony-doped tin oxide.

Flame-retardant silicone resin composition and flame-retardant silicone resin sheet

Provided is a viscoelastic article which exerts different properties between one surface and the other surface thereof, which has a transparent appearance, and which less causes staining of objects to which the viscoelastic article is adopted. The viscoelastic article is an article having a multilayer structure including a polymer layer, and a monomer-absorptive layer capable of absorbing at least one of monomer component(s) constituting the polymer, in which the polymer layer is a polymer layer containing an elastomer unevenly distributed and enriched at an interface, or in the vicinity thereof, opposite to the monomer-absorptive layer. The vicinity of the interface opposite to the monomer-absorptive layer is preferably a region ranging from the interface opposite to the other interface with the monomer-absorptive layer and occupying, in a thickness direction, 50% or less of the total thickness.
