Provided is a grasper including an introduction tube that is capable of being inserted into a body cavity; an operational elongate body that is inserted into the introduction tube so as to advance and retract; and a clip that is attached to a distal end portion of the introduction tube and is operated by the relative movement between the operational elongate body and the introduction tube so as to grasp a body tissue, then is indwelled in a body. The clip has a plurality of grasping arms which are operated to be moved by the operational elongate body or the introduction tube, at least in a direction where the grasping arms are closed, so as to grasp the body tissue; and a retracting portion which retracts a portion of the body tissue between the plurality of grasping arms.

A needle for an endoscope, includes: an outer sheath tube having a fluid passage provided therein; a distal end discharging portion that is accommodated in the distal end of the outer sheath tube so as to be extended therefrom and retracted thereinto, and is connected to the distal end of the fluid passage; an operating device for operating the distal end discharging portion so as to be extended from the distal end of the outer sheath tube and retracted thereinto; a fluid supplying device, that is provided in the outer sheath tube and is caused to communicate with the fluid passage, and supplies a fluid to the distal end discharging portion through the fluid passage; and a blocking device that is provided in the fluid passage, for freely opening and shutting off circulation of a fluid in line with an operation of the operating device.

An endo-therapy product system includes an introduction device led into a body cavity, a treatment device and a cartridge. The cartridge includes a treatment device accommodating portion in which the treatment device is accommodated. The treatment device accommodating portion includes a coupling member accommodating portion which accommodates a coupling member of the treatment device and a treatment device main body accommodating portion which accommodates a treatment device main body. The coupling member accommodating portion prevents a connecting portion of the introduction device from being engaged with an engagement portion at a proximal end of the coupling member. The treatment device main body accommodating portion is provided on a distal end side of the coupling member accommodating portion, has the treatment device main body arranged therein, and includes an engagement allowing portion which allows engagement when engaging the connecting portion of the introduction device with the engagement portion of the coupling member.

The present invention provides a clipping device having a coil sheath inserted into an insertion tube in a back/forth movable way to allow it to be inserted into a body cavity, an operation wire inserted into the coil sheath in a back/forth movable way, and a clip directly connected to a distal end of the operation wire to allow it to clip a living tissue.

An insertion apparatus for an endoscope comprises a tubular body which is inserted into a surgical tool insertion channel of the endoscope, and a wire member which is inserted into an inside cavity of the tubular body. The tubular body includes a distal end coil which is provided in the distal end side of the tubular body, a proximal end coil which is provided at the proximal end of the distal end coil, and has an inside diameter smaller than an inside diameter of the distal end coil, and an inside diameter changed member which is provided between the proximal end of the distal end coil and the distal end of the proximal end coil, and changed in the inside diameter to connect the proximal end of the distal end coil and the distal end of the proximal end coil.

Insertion apparatus for endoscope

A clip apparatus for ligaturing a living tissue includes a clip unit provided removably at a distal end of an insertion part inserted into a forceps channel of an endoscope, and an operating part for the unit, extending in an passage of the insertion part. The unit has a clip holder in an opening of the passage and a passage for elastically opening/closing of a clip, an engaging portion to be opened elastically around the passage when the holder projects from the passage, and longitudinally engaged with the distal end of the insertion part, and a structure preventing excessive opening of the engaging portion when a member connected to the clip and the operating part and moving in the passage is broken at a breakable portion by a pulling force from the operating part.

Clip apparatus for ligaturing living tissue

A ligature and suture device for medical application that ligatures or sutures biomedical tissue that has been suctioned by a suction device using a suturing member. The ligature and suture device includes an insertion portion having a lumen into which an endoscope can be inserted, and a distal end portion that is connected to the lumen and in which at least one side aperture is provided, at least one hollow needle that is able to support inside itself the suturing member, and that is placed inside the insertion portion such that a tip of the hollow needle is able to move between a first position, which is on a base end side of the side aperture, and a second position, which is on a distal end side of the side aperture, an operating section that performs an operation to move the needle, and at least one pledget that can be penetrated by the needle, and that is placed in a vicinity of the distal end of the side aperture so as to be freely removable from the distal end portion.

A clipping apparatus comprises a clip capable of being arbitrarily opened/closed, a stop tube for closing the clip, a link member capable of being inserted into the stop tube, and engaged with the clip, a sheath section capable of housing the clip and the stop tube therein, and a manipulating wire inserted into the sheath section. This clipping apparatus further comprises a hook section for, when the clip and the stop tube is protruded frontally of the sheath section, causing the sheath section and the stop tube to be engaged with each other, and disabling the stop tube from being housed in the sheath section again.
