A display device includes a substrate, an auxiliary electrode, a buffer layer, a plurality of active elements, and a plurality of light-emitting elements. The auxiliary electrode is disposed on the substrate and overlapped with an active region. The buffer layer is disposed on the auxiliary electrode. The plurality of active elements are disposed on the buffer layer and disposed in the active region. The plurality of light-emitting elements are electrically connected with the active elements, respectively. Each of the light-emitting elements includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light-emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. Each of the second electrodes is electrically connected with the auxiliary electrode.

Display device

A display panel is provided. A pixel array includes a plurality of first subpixels, a first source line coupled to the first subpixels, a plurality of second subpixels displaying the same with the first subpixels, and a second source line coupled to the second subpixels. A multiplexer circuit includes a first switch coupled between the first source line and a source driver and a second switch coupled between the second source line and the source driver. A first compensation capacitor couples between the first source line and a reference voltage, and a capacitance value thereof is related to a cut-off time point of the first switch. A second compensation capacitor couples between the second source line and the reference voltage, and a capacitance value thereof the second compensation capacitor is related to a cut-off time point of the second switch different from the cut-off time point of the second switch.

A pixel structure of a liquid crystal display panel includes a first substrate; a color filter layer formed on the first substrate, the color filter layer comprising a plurality of filtering areas for filtering light, and a plurality of blocking areas for blocking light; a main spacer formed on one of the blocking areas; a sub spacer formed on another one of the blocking areas; a second substrate; a thin film transistor formed on the second substrate; an insulating layer formed above the thin film transistor and the second substrate; a liquid crystal layer formed between the first substrate and the second substrate; wherein a distance from an upper surface of the insulating layer near the main spacer to the second substrate is greater than a distance from an upper surface of the insulating layer near the sub spacer to the second substrate.

Pixel structure of a liquid crystal display panel and pixel forming method thereof

A display apparatus includes a transparent substrate, a transparent matrix layer, a black matrix layer and a conductive layer. The transparent matrix layer is disposed above the transparent substrate. The black matrix layer is disposed below the transparent substrate. The conductive layer is disposed between the transparent substrate and the black matrix layer.

A transflective type liquid crystal display comprises a first substrate with a reflective region and a transmission region. A gate region, an insulation layer and a semiconductor layer are sequentially formed on the first substrate. The semiconductor layer has a source region, a drain region and a channel region. A first dielectric layer is disposed on the semiconductor layer and has a through hole to expose a part of the drain region. A first common electrode is disposed on the first dielectric layer and the through hole to cover the exposed part of the drain region. A reflective electrode is disposed on the first dielectric layer located in the reflective region. A second dielectric layer is disposed on the first common electrode and the reflective electrode. A pixel electrode is disposed on the second dielectric layer and connected to the drain region via the through hole.

Transflective liquid crystal display and method thereof

A pixel structure, a method of manufacturing the pixel structure, and an active device matrix substrate are provided. The pixel structure includes a first patterned metal layer having a common line and a gate; a first insulation layer; a semiconductor pattern; a second patterned metal layer having a source and a drain both electrically connected to the semiconductor pattern; a second insulation layer having a contact opening exposing the drain; and an electrode layer having a common electrode, and a pixel electrode connected to the drain through the contact opening. The common line, the first insulation layer, and the pixel electrode constitute a first storage capacitor. The common line, the drain, and the common electrode constitute a sandwich structure. The common line, the first insulation layer, and the drain constitute a second storage capacitor. The drain, the second insulation layer, and the common electrode constitute a third storage capacitor.
