The present invention includes: an electric component; a compression component driven by the electric component; and a sealed container accommodating the electric component and the compression component. The compression component includes: a shaft part rotated by the electric component; and a bearing part slidingly contacting the shaft part. A film having hardness equal to or more than hardness of a sliding surface of the bearing part is provided on a sliding surface of the shaft part. The sliding surface of the bearing part includes a curved-surface portion having an inner diameter that continuously increases, or the sliding surface of the shaft part includes a curved-surface portion having an outer diameter that continuously decreases.

A closed compressor includes: a compressor body; and a closed vessel in which the compressor body is accommodated and oil is stored. The compressor body has an electric element and a compression element that is driven by the electric element. The compression element has a cylinder block that forms a cylinder, a piston that performs a reciprocating motion in the cylinder, and a crankshaft that actuates the piston. The cylinder block configures a bearing that pivotally supports the crankshaft. The cylinder forms a compression chamber. The compressor body has a support that forms a curved surface. A contact portion, at which the curved surface comes into contact with a receiving surface in the closed vessel, is formed.

Closed compressor and refrigeration device

A hermetic compressor () includes an electric element (), a compression element (), and a hermetic container (). The compression element includes a shaft (), a cylinder block (), a piston (), a connection section (), and an oil supply mechanism (). The piston has a columnar seal section () in sliding contact with an inner peripheral face of the cylinder, two extension sections () that have circular arc faces each having the same radius as a radius of the seal section and extend from the seal section to the bottom dead center side in the axial direction with a circumferential gap therebetween, and a columnar capture section () that extends further toward the bottom dead center side than the extension section and has a smaller radius than the radius of the seal section.

Hermetic compressor and refrigerator

A hermetic compressor includes a closed vessel for storing lubricating oil, an electric-driving element, and a compressing element driven by the electric-driving element. The compressing element includes a cylinder block forming a compression chamber, a piton that reciprocates inside the compression chamber, and an oiling device for supplying the lubricating oil to an outer circumference of the piston. A first oil groove is concavely formed on the outer circumference of the piston, and a second oil groove is concavely formed on a side opposite to the compression chamber relative to the first oil groove. The second oil groove has a spatial volume same or greater than that of the first oil groove. An expanded clearance portion is provided such that a clearance between the piston and the cylindrical hole portion broadens from a top dead point to a bottom dead point.

Hermetic compressor

A hermetic compressor includes: a main bearing () which supports a main shaft () of a shaft (); and a thrust ball bearing at an upper end portion of the main bearing (). A rotor () is fixed to the main shaft () via a flange. A rotor core () has a magnetic center displaced upward relative to the magnetic center of a stator core () so that a downward magnetic attractive force is applied between the rotor () and the stator (). Accordingly, a contact load between steel balls and upper and lower races in the thrust ball bearing is appropriately maintained.

A sealed compressor of the present invention comprises an electric component (); a compression component (); a sealed container () which accommodates the electric component () and the compression component () and stores lubricating oil () therein; and a suction pipe () which is provided to penetrate a wall portion of the sealed container (), and through which a refrigerant gas suctioned into the sealed container () flows; wherein the compression component () includes a compression chamber () formed within a cylinder () and a suction muffler () through which the refrigerant gas flows; wherein the suction muffler () includes a muffling space (), an exit pipe (), an inlet pipe (), whose suction port () opens in a substantially horizontal direction in the interior of the sealed container (), a funnel-shaped refrigerant receiver section () provided to surround the suction port (); and wherein the suction port () is placed such that its center (A) is located above than a center (A) of the refrigerant receiver section ().

Sealed compressor

Provided is a reciprocating compressor having a structure in which friction losses between a shaft and a bearing can be reduced without impairing the ability of the bearing to support the shaft. A reciprocating compressor () includes a cylinder (), a piston (), a connecting rod (), a shaft (), and a bearing (). The shaft () has a journal portion () as a portion covered by the bearing (). The journal portion () has a first journal portion () located closer to the connecting rod () with respect to a midpoint M of the journal portion () in a direction parallel to a rotational axis and a second journal portion () located farther from the connecting rod () with respect to the midpoint M. The bearing () has a first sliding portion () for supporting the first journal portion () and a second sliding portion () for supporting the second journal portion (). The first sliding portion () has a first recessed portion () in at least one range selected from a range of 0&#xb0; to 180&#xb0; and a range of 270&#xb0; to 360&#xb0; in a rotational direction of the shaft () from a reference position.

Reciprocating compressor

A hermetic compressor includes a thrust ball bearing () on the thrust face () of the main bearing (). The thrust ball bearing () includes balls () held in a holder (), an upper race () and a lower race () arranged respectively on and beneath the balls (), and an elastic support member () below the balls (). The hermetic compressor is prevented from causing a load to be applied unevenly to the balls (), thereby achieving high efficiency, low noise level, and high reliability.

There is disclosed a sealed compressor in which a compressive component housed inside of a sealed container comprises a block, a suction valve, a piston, and a suction muffler, the suction muffler including a muffler body defining a muffler space and an outlet tube communicating the muffler space with the suction valve, the outlet tube having a bent portion bent in a middle portion between an opening exposed to the muffler space and an opening in a vicinity of the suction valve, a first outlet tube portion extending from the bent portion toward the muffler space, and a second outlet tube portion extending from the bent portion toward the suction valve, wherein a close sided space is formed in a vicinity of the bent portion, the close sided space having one end in communication with the outlet tube and the other end closed.

Sealed compressor and refrigeration device

A compression element is provided with a block, a piston, a valve plate arranged in an opening end of a compression chamber and forming a suction hole, a suction valve, a suction muffler forming a sound absorbing space and provided with a communication pipe, and a cylinder head, the communication pipe has a suction muffler outlet portion communicated with the suction hole, is arranged in such a manner as to extend in a vertical direction with respect to a center line passing through the suction hole, and is arranged in such a manner that a part of the suction muffler outlet portion covers a part of the suction hole in the suction muffler outlet portion positioned in a downstream side of refrigerant gas flowing through the communication pipe, in the case of projection the suction muffler outlet portion in a direction of a center line.

A hermetic compressor has a hermetic container storing oil, and a compressing element accommodated in the hermetic container and compressing a refrigerant gas. The compressing element has a compression chamber, a cylinder forming the compression chamber, a piston inserted into the cylinder for reciprocation, and a suction muffler whose one end communicates with the compression chamber. The suction muffler has a sound deadening space, a gas flow forming part forming a gas flow flowing in a constant direction in the sound deadening space, and an oil discharge opening provided in a downstream side of the gas flow in a lower part of the sound deadening space. By this construction, there is realized a hermetic compressor in which the oil does not readily remain in the suction muffler, whose noise is lower, and whose performance is stabilized.
