A bearing system includes a first bearing, a second bearing, and a rotating member. The first bearing is hollow and has a first inner face. The second bearing is located in the first bearing. The second bearing includes a second inner face axially aligned with the first inner face. A partitioning space is formed between the first inner face and the second inner face. The rotating member has a shaft and a protruding portion coupled to the shaft. The protruding portion is located in the partitioning space. A dynamic pressure gap is formed between the protruding portion and the first inner face during rotation. Another dynamic pressure gap is formed between the protruding portion and the second inner face during rotation.

Bearing system

A motor includes a base, a bearing sleeve, a stator, a rotating member, a thrust bearing, and a hub. The bearing sleeve is arranged with the base and has an opening end and a sealing end opposite to each other. The stator connects with the base or the bearing sleeve. The rotating member is arranged inside the bearing sleeve and includes a shaft and a limiting portion adjacent to the sealing end. A first end of the shaft connects with the limiting portion, and a second end of the shaft has a coupling portion adjacent to the opening end. The thrust bearing is arranged between the shaft and an inner surface of the bearing sleeve, so that the limiting portion is between the thrust bearing and the sealing end. The hub connects with the coupling portion of the shaft and has a permanent magnet corresponding to the stator.

Motor with thrust bearing

A blower fan includes a fan frame, a motor, an impeller and a shield. The fan frame includes a base plate portion, a cover plate portion, and a lateral wall portion arranged between the base plate portion and the cover plate portion. The cover plate portion includes an axial air inlet, and the lateral wall portion includes an air outlet. The motor is mounted in the fan frame. The impeller is rotatably coupled with the motor. The shield is coupled with the fan frame and has a face facing the axial air inlet. At least one lateral air inlet is formed between the cover plate portion and the shield. An air-guiding space is formed between the at least one lateral air inlet and the axial air inlet of the cover plate portion.

Blower fan

A motor includes a base, a stator, and a rotor. The base includes a shaft tube having an open end and receiving an inner assembly. The stator is mounted to an outer periphery of the shaft tube. The rotor is rotatably coupled to the inner assembly. The stator includes an insulating bobbin unit having an extension extending in a radial direction to the open end of the shaft tube. The extension includes an engagement hole. The shaft tube includes a positioning member having an engaging section engaged in the engagement hole. The insulating bobbin unit is fixed by an end of the engaging section. The engagement stability of the stator is enhanced by engagement of the positioning member of the base and the insulating bobbin unit.

Motor

A fan includes a housing and a motor. The housing has a compartment, at least one lateral air inlet and at least one lateral air outlet. The lateral air inlet and lateral air outlet communicate with the compartment. The motor has a stator and an impeller. The impeller is coupled with the stator and includes a hub and a plurality of blades coupled with a top face of the hub. Each blade has first and second ends. The first ends of the blades face outwards, and the second ends of the blades define an air-guiding room encompassed by a virtual geometric pattern formed by a virtual line linking the second ends of the blades. The virtual geometric pattern has a maximal diameter. A gap is formed between the second ends of two adjacent blades. The gap is smaller than the maximal diameter of the virtual geometric pattern.

A fan includes a housing having a compartment formed inside, and at least one lateral air inlet and at least one lateral air outlet both penetrating through the inner and outer surfaces of the housing and communicating with the compartment. A motor is mounted inside the compartment of the housing and has a stator and an impeller, with the impeller rotatably coupled to the stator and further containing a hub and a plurality of blades mounted to a top of the hub. Each blade has a first end and a second end in the radial direction of the impeller opposite to each other, with the first end of each blade facing outward, and with the second ends of the plural blades defining an airflow-area.

A cooling fan includes a housing and a motor. The housing includes a support portion, a cover portion and a lateral wall portion. The lateral wall portion is disposed between the cover portion and the support portion, and the lateral wall portion, support portion and the cover portion define a compartment, with the lateral wall portion having at least one lateral air inlet and at least one lateral air outlet penetrating through the lateral wall portion and communicating with the compartment. The motor is mounted inside the compartment of the housing and contains a stator and a impeller, with the impeller rotatably mounting to the stator. The motor further contains a hub with a top and a plurality of blades, with the top facing the cover portion, with the top and the cover portion delimiting a lateral flow path in the compartment, and with each blade being contained in the lateral flow path.
