A remote control device and a recognition method thereof. The recognition method is adapted to the remote control device for generating a corresponding remote control signal to control an electronic device when the remote control device is moved. A sequence of sensing signal corresponding to movement of the remote control device is provided. The sequence of sensing signal is converted into a sequence of characteristic data. A sequential predetermined data matching the sequence of characteristic data is selected from a plurality of sequential predetermined data respectively corresponding to a respective remote control signal. The remote control signal corresponding to the matched sequential predetermined data is transmitted to the electronic device.

Remote control device and recognition method thereof

A remote control device and a remote control method thereof are provided. The remote control method is adapted to a remote control device, which includes a sensing unit for generating remote controlling signals while shaking the remote control device. The remote control method includes the following steps. Firstly, a series of sensing signal is provided by the sensing unit. Next, a series of reference value is generated according to the series of sensing signal. Then, when to start/stop to store the series sensing signal is determined according to the series of reference value. Afterwards, the series of sensing signal is recognized for generating the remote controlling signal. Finally, the remote controlling signal is transmitted.

Remote control device and remote control method thereof

A personal digital assistant system includes a cradle, a personal digital assistant, and a peripheral module. The cradle includes a cradle housing, and a first socket positioned on the cradle housing for outputting electric power. The personal digital assistant includes a first connecting port electrically connected to the first socket of the cradle. The peripheral module is positioned on the cradle and electrically connected to the personal digital assistant and the cradle. The personal digital assistant electrically connected to the peripheral module controls the peripheral module when the personal digital assistant and the peripheral module are electrically connected to the cradle through the first socket. The cradle provides the personal digital assistant and the peripheral module with electric power through the first socket.
