The stator for an electric machine includes a ring-shaped stator yoke, on which stator coils, formed on winding bodies and distributed uniformly around the circumference, are mounted. The coils are wired electrically together by a wiring arrangement, which has a ring-shaped carrier element designed to be attached to the stator to hold connecting conductors. The carrier element is mounted radially with respect to the winding elements. To ensure a simple and reliable mounting of the carrier element on the stator, it is proposed that the carrier element be held in place on the winding bodies by means of a latching connection so that it cannot move in the axial direction.

Stator for an electric machine

A drive system which has a drive unit with a drive shaft; a centrifugal mass arrangement, which is mounted on the drive shaft; and an electrical machine, comprising a stator arrangement and a rotor arrangement, where the rotor arrangement is mounted on the centrifugal mass arrangement, and where the stator arrangement and the rotor arrangement are adjacent to each other in the radial direction. So that optimum use can be made of the space available inside the drive unit, and so that the overall length of the drive unit required in the axial direction relative to the axis of rotation (A) can be kept as short as possible, the centrifugal mass arrangement has a contour such that, relative to the axis of rotation (A), a receiving space () is formed radially inside the electrical machine. The receiving space is bounded on at least one side by the centrifugal mass arrangement, and at least one additional component of the drive unit is installed in the receiving space.

In a plurality of stator coils arranged on the yoke, each coil has a pair of ends, each end being adjacent to a respective end of an adjacent coil to form pairs of adjacent ends. A plurality of mutually insulated concentrically arranged linking conductors each has a plurality of circumferentially arranged terminal elements, each terminal element being electrically connected to a respective pair of adjacent ends to form a contact area in a common axial and radial position.

A rotor for an electrical machine includes a rotor carrier of metallic material with a back wall extending radially to the axis of rotation of the electrical machine and a tubular section extending in the axial direction, in which a laminated core is installed. The rotor carrier is designed as a single, flow-formed part with axially extending ribs which engage in grooves on the laminated core.

An electric machine includes a stator having a laminated core comprising a stack of sheet metal stampings having a central opening, a plurality of undercut anchoring elements around the central opening, and a hub which is cast in place in the central opening so that the anchoring elements are at least partially embedded in the hub.

An electrical machine with a cooling system for the removal of waste heat includes a stator laminated core having a plurality of first sheet metal laminations stacked to form a first core part having a plurality of axial passages arranged on a reference circle which is concentric to a central axis, and a plurality of second sheet metal laminations stacked to form a second core part having a plurality of axial recesses which are also on the reference circle. The second core part abuts the first core part so that the passages are axially aligned with the recesses. Each passage receives a cooling duct which is connected to an adjacent cooling duct by a return element having radially extending legs received in respective axial recesses, the legs being connected by a peripherally extending center section. Where the stator laminated core is located centrally of a rotor hand has a concentric internal space, the center section of each return element is located in the internal space.
