The invention relates to a holder for fastening at least one pump in a motor vehicle, comprising an elastic damping element with an inner ring and an outer ring, wherein the inner ring and the outer ring are connected to one another via at least one connecting element, wherein the inner ring is provided for receiving the pump and the outer ring is provided for receiving a holding element for mounting on the matching counterpart in the vehicle.

A gearbox for a planetary gear having a hollow-cylindrical housing body having a first internal gear, and a bearing flange engaging at least in sections coaxially in the housing body, so that an overlap area is formed, wherein the housing body and the bearing flange are firmly bonded to each other in the overlap area by laser irradiation welding. The bearing flange has a second internal gear in the overlap area. The gearbox relates to a planetary gear and a motor/transmission combination having such a gearbox and a production method thereof.

A permanent magnet rotor of an electric motor, includes a laminated core having magnet pockets, the laminated core being composed of two partial laminated cores. A plurality of permanent magnets are held in a force-fitting manner in magnet pockets of the laminated core, the magnets extending over both partial laminated cores. Sheet metal tongues, which maintain the force fit of the permanent magnets, are deflected in the first partial laminated core in a first axial direction and in the second partial laminated core in a second axial direction opposite to the first direction, wherein the partial laminated cores consist of stamped metal sheets and the permanent magnets are pressed into the magnet pockets in the stamping direction.

Permanent magnet rotor

A centrifugal pump motor comprising a permanent magnet rotor, a wound stator that is separated from the permanent magnet rotor by means of a containment shell, a circuit board having a large electronic component electrically connected to it, and a motor housing with a plug connection. The centrifugal pump motor provides a robust design for a generic centrifugal pump motor, so as to prevent damage during installation and operation, as well as additionally ensuring a space-saving and compact arrangement of the electronic components, in order to enable optimal heat dissipation of the electronic components. Furthermore, a simple way of manufacturing is provided.

A pump impeller consisting of at least three different material regions, wherein an impeller wheel with a hollow shaft defines a first material region, a bearing component defines a second material region, and a permanent magnet defines a third material region. The invention furthermore relates to a method for producing the pump impeller, and to a centrifugal pump with the pump impeller. The object of the invention is to provide a robust construction, optimal venting, secure attachment of the bearing component, economic production, and a possibility of axial length tolerance compensation given a pump impeller with plastic-bonded permanent magnets. Furthermore, an optimally accurate unbalance-reduced connection between the bearing component and the magnet material should be producible.

A pump motor having a permanent magnet rotor, a containment shell, a wound stator, a motor housing, a pump head, a shaft, which is secured in the containment shell on the one hand and in the pump head on the other hand, and a fixed bearing, which is pressed or injected into the permanent magnet rotor and rotatably mounts it on the shaft. The pump motor provides a reliable and economically producible bearing of the permanent magnet rotor on the shaft in a generic pump motor, in which the bearing abutting uniformly against the shaft over the entire bearing length and during a complete rotation can be achieved, small angle errors can be compensated, and noises can be reduced.

A centrifugal pump impeller in an electromotive centrifugal pump, the impeller including a base body having a bearing to which is attached, on a first end, a permanent-magnetic rotor and, on a second end, a cover disk that is mounted on the base body; and a plurality of pump blades made of first and second parts, the first part being a base blade segment attached to the base body thus forming a first unitary piece and a cover disk blade segment attached to the cover disk thus forming a second unitary piece.

A stator core for an electronically commutated DC motor with an internal rotor having a plurality of radially inwardly directed pole cores which at their periphery are integral with back iron segments and the back iron segments are integral with adjacent back iron segments via webs, wherein the back iron segments alternate with the webs and jointly form a seamless closed one-piece ring. A method of ensuring that in the case of a stator core of this class, upon a reduction of the stator diameter and reduction of the pole distances after winding, a clearly defined end position of the adjoining regions can be assumed, and that for this process, only minimal forces are necessary, in which damage to the stator core is not to be expected, and that at the end of the process only a very small and uniform air gap remains at a lowest possible spring-back.

An electronically commutated DC motor for a liquid pump, comprising a pump housing, a suction connection and a pressure connection, a substantially disk-shaped pump rotor mounted rotatably in the pump housing, the rotor comprising an impeller having a plurality of pump vanes and a permanent magnet, a partition separating a pump space from a dry space, wherein the partition is disposed in an axial gap between the pump rotor and a plurality of axially parallel oriented stator poles of the DC motor, which are each provided with an insulating body and a stator winding, the stator poles adjoin a stator yoke, which is connected to a metallic heat-conducting body, and the stator containing the stator poles, the stator windings, the stator yoke and the heat-conducting body is disposed in a motor housing made of plastic material. By providing that the stator is surrounded by a flexible foil, and at least a large part of the foil is disposed inside the motor housing radially around the stator windings, a simple solution ensures good shielding against interference in an existing electronically commutated DC motor, without requiring modifications to the existing design.
