A system and method for cleaning and/or post-exposure of a body manufactured by using an additive manufacturing method from a substance curable by radiation, the system including a cleaning tank for cleaning the body and/or an exposure chamber for post-exposure of the body, the system further including a transport device having a drive for moving a build platform relative to the cleaning tank and/or to the exposure chamber. The transport device includes a force sensor, the force sensor captures a force acting on the build platform and provides a force signal, and is connected to a processing unit for controlling the drive and/or for outputting process parameters based on the force signal.

System and method for supervised post-processing

A post-exposure unit for post-exposure of a body manufactured using an additive manufacturing method from a substance curable by radiation, the post-exposure unit comprising at least one radiation source configured for post-exposure, the post-exposure unit including at least one radiation sensor, the radiation sensor being adapted to capture radiation emitted by the radiation source. The post-exposure unit has a receiving space for receiving a body to be post-exposed. The radiation sensor is adapted to capture radiation emitted by the radiation source and traverses at least a part of the receiving space at least once.

Post-exposure unit

In a stereolithography device (), a three-dimensional object () is generated by curing a photosensitive substance () under the action of specific radiation, wherein the device includes a support unit, a radiation source () for generating the radiation, and a cartridge unit () that can be positioned on the support unit and removed therefrom. The cartridge unit () includes an interior space () surrounded by a casing (), wherein the casing of the cartridge unit is deformable and at least partially transparent to the radiation triggering the curing process. The interior space () surrounded by the casing has a volume including a receiving space () in which the photosensitive substance () is present for at least a duration of an irradiation and curing process and accessible to the radiation.

Stereolithography device comprising cartridge device

In order to produce a three-dimensional object in a stereolithographic process a plurality of layers () are cured in a chronological sequence such that, as a whole, they form the three-dimensional object. The layers are divided into two or more sub-regions () which lie substantially adjacent to one another within the layer, wherein one sub-region in an edge area () adjoining another sub-region of the same layer contains area parts () which protrude into the other sub-region in a form-fitting manner. These sub-regions are developed one after the other and thus together form the desired layer regions.

Method for producing a three-dimensional object

A method produces a three-dimensional body () in a stereolithographic process. According to the method, a photosensitive material () is cured by radiation, measuring radiation is coupled into a reference layer () and, as a result of internal reflection, remains predominantly within the reference layer (), and the measuring radiation is detected space-resolved and time-resolved by a sensor ().

A system () for constructing a component, contains a trough () with an at least partly transparent base (), an at least partly stretchable semipermeable layer (), for receiving a photosensitive substance (), and a phase () arranged below the semipermeable layer () and forms an intermediate layer () within the photosensitive substance (). A light source () is below the trough base () for curing the photoreactive substance () in some regions. A construction platform () is above the semipermeable layer () and can be lifted and lowered for receiving the component (), as well as with a driver () which extends from the semipermeable layer () in the direction of the construction platform () and can be moved relative to the trough base () to convey the photoreactive substance () into a gap () between the construction platform () and the semipermeable layer ().

Stereolithography apparatus comprising a cartridge device

An object () is adhesively attached to an object carrier () in a stereolithographic process. The object () is formed by the curing of a photosensitive substance () by curing radiation, at least in one region of the object carrier (). Secondary radiation is radiated to the object carrier () in a direction that is different from the direction of the curing radiation in order to adhesively attach the object (). The secondary radiation is supplied laterally to the generally planar, radiation-permeable object carrier () and is deflected within the object carrier ().

Device and method for increasing the adhesion of a component layer to a carrier object

A system is described for layered construction of a body made of a light-curable substance. The system comprises a tray made of resilient material for receiving the substance in a liquid or pasty state, a light source for regionally selective curing of the layer of the substance lying on the tray base, a construction platform arranged above the tray base and capable of being lowered and raised relative thereto for adhering to and lifting the cured substance layer, a tensioning means configured to exert tension or compression onto the tray, and a control means controlling the tensioning means and the construction platform accordingly. A tray is also described for use in a system of this type.
