A connection device for an exhaust gas turbocharger has a bent first element with a first tensioning arm at a first end. A second bent element has a second tensioning arm at a second end opposite the first end. A third end of the first element is formed opposite a fourth end of the second element. The first tensioning arm and the second tensioning arm are connectable by a first connecting element. The third end and the fourth end are movably connected with each other by a second connecting element. A transition is elastically formed between the respective tensioning arm and a supporting portion of the particular element, which extends between the tensioning arm and the third or fourth, respectively, end. The first element or the second element is formed in a profiled manner.

A connection device for an exhaust gas turbocharger includes an essentially bent first element and an essentially bent second element. The first element has a radially extending first clamping arm in a first end region and the second element has a radially extending second clamping arm in the first end region opposite the first clamping arm. The first element is movably connected with the second element in a second end region. The first clamping arm and the second clamping arm may be movably connected by a first connecting element of the connection device. The first element comprises a first supporting portion and the second element comprises a second supporting portion between the two end regions. A stiffening element is formed in a transition region between the clamping arm and the supporting portion for increasing the strength of the connection device.

Connection device for an exhaust turbocharger and exhaust turbocharger

The invention relates to a regulating device for a turbocharger. The regulating device () is received in a turbocharger () exhaust gas conducting section () through which exhaust gas can flow, and a fluid flow to a turbine wheel which is rotatably received in the exhaust gas conducting section () can be conditioned using the regulating device (). A flow channel () which is formed in the exhaust gas conducting section () is to be opened and closed using a cover element () of the regulating device (), and the cover element () is arranged on a regulating device () pivot arm () which can be pivoted about a rotational axis (). According to the invention, the cover element () is designed to open and close a flow channel designed as a bypass channel () for bypassing the turbine wheel and/or for opening and closing a flow channel, which is designed as a through-flow opening (), between a first spiral channel () and a second spiral channel () of the exhaust gas conducting section ().
