An electromagnetic actuator. The electromagnetic armature includes: an armature movable in an axial direction in an armature space; a magnetic coil for generating a magnetic field to move the armature; an operating element motion-coupled to the armature; and a flux-directing part, disposed at an axial end of the magnetic coil, having a recess which extends in the axial direction and in which the operating element is displaceably disposed, the flux-directing part being embodied in two parts. The flux-directing part is embodiment in two parts from a base part facing toward the armature and a top part facing away from the armature. The operating element is mounted, displaceably in the axial direction, in a first bearing point embodied on the top part and in a second bearing point embodied on the base part.

Electromagnetic actuator

An electromagnetic actuating device includes a sleeve, an armature situated radially inside the sleeve, and an electromagnetic coil situated radially outside the sleeve, the armature having a first armature end face on one end and a second armature end face on the opposite end. The sleeve has a channel on or in the sleeve wall, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve and forms a fluid connection between the armature end faces.

Electromagnetic actuating device

An electromagnetic actuating device includes a pole tube that is substantially cylindrical overall, an armature situated radially inside the pole tube, and an electromagnetic coil situated radially outside the pole tube, the pole tube having a first axial end and a second axial end. The pole tube is configured as a sleeve that is stamped and is brought into its shape by reshaping, the sleeve having, close to its first axial end, openings that extend in the circumferential direction.

An electromagnetic actuating device is described. The electromagnetic actuating device includes a pole sleeve, an armature disposed radially within the pole sleeve and a coil form of an electromagnetic coil disposed radially outside of the pole sleeve. The armature has a first armature end face at one end and a second armature end face at the opposite end. On or in the coil-form wall, the coil form has a longitudinal channel extending along the longitudinal direction of the coil form, by which a flow connection is created between the armature end faces.

An electromagnetic actuator includes an essentially cylindrical pole tube, an armature situated radially within the pole tube, and an electromagnetic coil situated radially outside of the pole tube, the pole tube including a first axial end area, a second axial end area, and an outer recess, which extends in the circumferential direction, in proximity to the first axial end area on an outer side of the pole tube. On an inner side, the pole tube includes an inner recess that extends in the circumferential direction and whose axial extension is smaller than an axial extension of the outer recess and that is situated approximately at the height of an edge area of the outer recess pointing away from the second axial end area viewed in the axial direction.

An electromagnetic actuator including an armature movable along a longitudinal axis in an armature chamber, a coil running around the longitudinal axis for producing a magnetic field for moving the armature, a control element motionally coupled to the armature, in particular for operating a valve element of a pressure-regulating valve, a pole disk for conducting a magnetic flux, and a cover bounding the armature chamber, the cover and the pole disk together forming a component in one piece.

A spool valve, for a motor vehicle's automatic transmission, having a housing and an axially movable valve spool in a guide recess of the housing, including at least one radial inlet connection and one radial outlet connection spaced axially apart therefrom, and a working connection on the front face, at least one first control opening connected to the inlet connection and one second control opening spaced axially apart therefrom and connected to the outlet, and one third control opening situated axially between these two and connected to the working connection being present on the guide recess, the control openings being hydraulically cooperate-able with one first and second control section on the valve spool, and a connection channel extending axially in sections being in the housing, connecting the third control opening to the working connection. The housing includes a section made of plastic, in which the connection channel is formed.

A method for manufacturing a pole tube having two magnetic pole tube components and having one nonmagnetic ring, which is situated axially between the pole tube components, for an electromagnet, in particular for a solenoid valve of an automatic transmission in a motor vehicle, including the following: concentric configuration and/or centering of the pole tube components and of the ring, in particular on a centering pin; form-fitting connection, in particular by extrusion coating and/or casting an exterior lateral surface of the pole tube components and of the ring.

Method for manufacturing a pole tube for an electromagnet

An electromagnetic actuating device, in particular for actuating an hydraulic slide valve of an automatic transmission. It has a pole body, an armature element having a first channel that extends axially overall, and an actuating element, which is separate from the armature element, the armature element being guided in the pole body, and first effective section of the armature element on the end face is at least intermittently in contact with a second effective section of the actuating element on the end face, the first channel fluidically communicating with a second channel implemented in or on the actuating element when the effective sections are in contact.

A slide valve, in particular for controlling a motor vehicle automatic transmission, has a housing which includes an axial end section. A connector sleeve is situated on the axial end section of the housing, the connector sleeve having a larger diameter in a first axial area adjacent to the housing and a smaller diameter in a second axial area remote from the housing, a filter device being situated in the first axial area. The second axial area includes a hydraulic connection.

A pressure control valve, in particular for an automatic transmission in a motor vehicle, including a housing and including a control piston situated in the housing, the control piston being actuatable by an armature situated in a magnet chamber of a pole tube, the magnet chamber being hydraulically connected to a compensating chamber provided in the housing, which is delimited, in particular by a lateral surface of a solenoid coil and the housing.

An electromagnetic actuator includes: a magnetic coil, which has a coil form having a coil winding situated on it and a central clearance extending in an axial direction; an armature slidably situated in the central clearance; a terminal piece situated on an axial end of the coil form, in which an actuating element is slidably supported in the axial direction. The armature is movable by an actuation of the magnetic coil such that a force applied by the armature is transmitted to the actuating element. The actuating element is configured in two parts, including an actuating pin supported in the terminal piece and a separator fixedly connected to the actuating pin on an end section of the actuating pin protruding from the terminal piece in the direction of the armature and which is acted upon by the armature when the magnetic coil is actuated.
