The invention relates to a layered structure () with semiconducting materials on a support layer () comprising at least one planar semiconducting layer () and several electrodes, in particular a first () and second () one. The semiconducting layer () has a top () and bottom () flat face extending essentially parallel and spaced apart from one another by the height of the layer (). The semiconducting layer () is also applied by the bottom flat face () to a flat face of the support layer () and the two electrodes are connected to the semiconducting layer in an electrically conducting manner. The at least two electrodes are applied by means of a structuring process and are disposed on two oppositely lying faces of the semiconducting layer and/or in planes at least approximately parallel between the two faces.

Layered structure

The invention relates to a device () for detecting vital signs comprising a sensor () and a power supply module (), which sensor () has at least one detection means () configured to detect a vital sign from the group comprising oxygen content of the blood, body temperature, skin moisture, conductivity of the skin, pulse, and a first () communication module, and the power supply module () has a second communication module () and a power source (), and a wireless communication link () exists between the first () and second communication module (), and the sensor () is provided in the form of an elastically deformable, rebounding thin-film sensor, and the communication link () is configured for transmitting power and measured values or measurement data.

Detection device for vital signs

The invention relates to a security device () comprising at least one authentication device () and a locking device (), which authentication device () comprises at least one sensor () and an evaluation and comparison module (), and a communication link () exists between the locking device () and the authentication device (), and the sensor () is provided in the form of a thin-film sensor for detecting biometric data or spectral properties of the skin and layers of tissue lying underneath, and the communication link () is designed to effect a secure, wireless transmission of a unique user code determined by the authentication device () and is limited in terms of its operating range to a close-up range, in particular less than 50 cm, and the locking device () is deactivated if the user code matches an identification code assigned to the locking device.

Biometric security device

Described is a device for evaluating biochemical samples (), with a sample carrier (), with an image recording means having a light-sensitive layer () connected to an evaluation circuit (), and with a means for illuminating the samples (). In order to provide simple design conditions, it is proposed that the light-sensitive layer (), provided on the sample carrier (), of the image recording means comprise a photoactive layer () based on organic semiconductors between two electrode layers (), of which the electrode layer () between the photoactive layer () and the samples () is translucent at least in certain regions.

Device for evaluating biochemical samples

Described is a fingerprinting device with a translucent top layer () which forms a finger rest and between which and a light-emitting layer () a layer () of light-sensitive elements is provided in a matrix arrangement, and with an evaluation circuit () connected to the light-sensitive elements. In order to provide advantageous design conditions, it is proposed that the layer () of light-sensitive elements have a translucent, photoactive layer () based on organic semiconductors between two translucent electrode layers () consisting of intersecting strip conductors ().
